Overall a good value, in great material condition, looked newer than 5 years old.
Cons:

Soundproofing is inadequate. Neighbors were noisier than I am used to in a good motel.

Good stay, Comfortable.
Pros:

Good location to my activities. Clean room except a drink left in fridge from previous guest.

Cons:

Breakfast options. I am low/no carb, gluten free diet now. Flavored Yogurt was available second morning.

Great stay, would stay again when visiting Windsor.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs was not an option to pair with sausage and potatoes. Food tasted good.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. However, I expected hair conditioner to be offered along with the shampoo. And surprised to see no coffee pot.

Don't think I'd try this place again. Would look for something similar but different
Pros:

It was affordable.

Cons:

Cleaning staff took away trash and dirty towels. Did not replace towels nor make the bed?? Breakfast wasn't avail until 7AM which is a bit late for really early risers.

Towel hook came out of the wall when we tried to use it.
