Great stay, would stay again when visiting Windsor.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs was not an option to pair with sausage and potatoes. Food tasted good.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. However, I expected hair conditioner to be offered along with the shampoo. And surprised to see no coffee pot.

Good location with plenty of food options near by.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. No options on what was available. Same meal each day.

Cons:

Washer and dryer need to be updated. Hard to find quarters for machines. House keeping doesn't come by everyday to freshen up the room.

Don't think I'd try this place again. Would look for something similar but different
Pros:

It was affordable.

Cons:

Cleaning staff took away trash and dirty towels. Did not replace towels nor make the bed?? Breakfast wasn't avail until 7AM which is a bit late for really early risers.

Towel hook came out of the wall when we tried to use it.

Disappointed as a single parent because financially it cheap but I did to make it to my graduation from California.
Pros:

It was in a good location of my event for my weekend stay.

Cons:

There was only one staff working each day whenever I called needed housekeeping services. When it was clear this was a busy and full weekend for the property. Also our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, along with our toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Since returning home I’ve emailed the manager and have yet to receive a response.

Last resort
Pros:

Very, very small room. Multiple plumbing issues with no hot water for several days. Staff was very nice but had no maintenance staff.

Cons:

Microwave was broken,had to use one in lobby for meals,no coffee maker in room,two big water damage spots on ceiling from roof leak,had half used complimentary shampoo bottles in bathroom.late check in cause they gave us dirty room from clients before us

Everything was good except the hair in the shower drain.

Cons:

The shower floor wasn’t cleaned before our stay. I had to clean out black hair out of the shower drain. Yuck!!!!

Pros:

El desayuno horrible. Salado solo unas papas salteadas y unas hamburguesas que parecian colacion de mascota, para poder comerlas tuve que poner un trozo de mantequilla encima y ponerla al microndas. Los wafles, la mezcla esponjaba tanto que al poner el jarabe, quedaba hecha una pasta muuy remojada. Lo rescatable fue la ubicacion respecto del proposito de mi viaje. Nunca mas en este lugar

Cons:

Estuve cuatro noches. Al llegar, la habitacion impecable. El resto de los dias, lo unico que hacian era ordenar las toallas. No hubo reposiscion de jabon, ni ordenar la cama. El ultimo dia ordenaron de nuevo la habitacion.
Ademas al ingresar, a pesar de estar pagado el alojamiento, piden una autorizacion de US$ 20 por noche, segun ellos por si hay algun daño. El dinero fue descontado inmediatamente de mi tarjeta por el hotel, hice la consulta niguno de todas las personas tenia idea como funcionaba ese item. Hasta me dijeron me comunicara con Booking apesar que el cobro lo hicieron ellos. La utima version fue que al hacer el check out en pocas horas se me devolveria el dinero. Han pasado 3 dias y no existe devolucion de esos 80 dolares.
