The location of the property is very close to the seafront and main attractions. The property is really lovely, the staff were wonderful and the room was luxury! Myself and my children immediately felt comfortable and loved how everything was set up, with comfy beds, use of our own kitchen and lovely outdoor area. We had a great stay and would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.
The staff were super helpful, the beds and bathrooms were very clean and relatively comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for the Clacton Air Show and the Pier/beach.
The average price per room booked was over £108 per night for our 2 night stay in 2 rooms on a room only basis. In consideration that in both rooms the showers were barely lukewarm, the carpets were dirty and unpleasant to walk on in bare feet, and the TV's didn't work because the WiFi was so intermittent (we gave up trying to use both the TV's and WiFi) we felt that it was poor value for money.
Room one was a double room - very clean in general, kettle was filty, bathroom shower door was hanging off and toilet roll holder fell off.
Room two was a family room consisting of x2 rooms one for children with bunk bed (wooden and rattling) and toddler bed, main room had a double bed and sofa bed. Kettle needed to be plugged in half way across the room to where the tea and coffee station was, shower door did not close and mould around the Mastic.
Otherwise very clean.
Breakfast is not included in the price but does have breakfast and dinner options
The team onsite at this hotel are very warm and welcoming.
No onsite parking.
Karaoke bar directly opposite the hotel open and very loud until at least 1am
Very close to see front and local amminities.
Staff went above and beyond.
No hairdryer.
The place was a few yards from the beach and it was lovely and clean, the beds were comfy, had a TV, kettle etc to.
Only thing that was a little awkward was the parking nearby and being disabled.
Could only park close by for 3 hours on double yellow lines also due to short stay parking also in the streets so we had to park in a carpark in the next street for 12.00 a day... I will say it wasn't a deal breaker just frustrating.
The room was huge and very clean. Staff were very helpful. There was a problem with the TV and they couldn't do enough to help. Was good that they had a room to fit 5, this is so hard to find and usually means booking 2 rooms.
Nothing- we were very pleased with our stay.

It was very near to the centre, the beach and most amenities
It’s a lovely hotel. Such a shame that the property nearby is cordoned off, unsightly and run down, and the one across the road is also a burnt out building, also cordoned off.
As adults we overlook this but our young Grandson found it a bit overwhelming and scary.
Lovely staff,clean room
Staff were very friendly and kind plus helpful, room.ws amazing very spacious with kitchen and outdoor bit great for big family didn't feel cramped.
All was great highly recommend
