Great location, clean room , would stay again!
Pros:

We didn’t get the breakfast, we read that you have to order it by 8p.m the night before but there are lots of places only a few minutes walk from the hotel so it was fine . It’s 2 minutes from the pier so the location is great if you don’t want to be driving. We stayed midweek so it was quiet in the night. Clean spacious room with all the amenities, lovely beach theme, kitchen with fridge, freezer etc. in the family room which was great . It’s only a few minutes from the beach and the centre of town. Wetherspoons around the corner is very good value for food ! We would definitely stay again .

Just by the beach ⛱️ 😎 and close to the shops good food on the beach makes a nice change from the hustle and bustle of London

Checked in and checked out 2 hours later.
Pros:

The kids room off the family room was cute and my son loved it; but the room and carpets felt very dirty

Cons:

SO noisy, lively bar opposite and it’s hot so couldn’t not have the windows open. Next to that is a burnt down building with a burnt van. Really run down and didn’t feel very safe.
