Staff difficult to deal with when checking out. Very fussy about time.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, beim einchecken wurde nur englisch mit und gesprochen obwohl wir auf deutsch geantwortet haben. Der Herr beim Check-In hat die Augen überdreht als er mit uns gesprochen hat und ist lauter geworden obwohl wir nur Einchecken wollten. Solche Mitarbeiter sollten in einem Hotel nicht geduldet werden, dass macht einen sehr schlechten Eindruck für das Hotel und lässt alles positive wegfallen.

La colazione , la disponibilità dello staff , la pulizia della camera , i letti molto comodi

Cons:

Non è proprio comoda la posizione dell’hotel per visitare la città, è necessario utilizzare i mezzi tram e autobus che distano 10’ a piedi.

Pros:

Çalışanlar süper, iyi niyetli ve nazikler.
Otel imkanlarına gelirsek; oda yeterince büyük, birçok otele göre bayağı büyük. Yataklar aşırı rahat değil ucuz tip yaylı yatak sanki ama tabi bilemem.

Kahvaltısı güzel. Otopark olayı iyi değil ama otelin önünde indir bindir için büyük bir alan var. Otelin olduğu caddeyr yakın park bulunuyor.
