Pros:

Das Zimmer war im 7. Stock und zweckmäßig. Im Zimmer war es sauber, die Betten waren O.K. Das Zimmer ging zur Triester Straße, war aber mit geschlossenem Fenster leise genug zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und zum Flur hin sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich. Es gab leider nur Brötchen (hell und dunkler) und Croissants, kein Bot oder Toast oder Müsli oä. Auch die Auswahl an Aufschnitt war überschaubar. Die Tassen waren zu klein für die vorgesehene Kaffemenge aus dem Automaten, so dass die Tassen immer übergelaufen sind.

lokalita relativně fajn, celkem dobře dostupné tramvají č. 1 od opery (karlsplatz) a zbytek člověk hravě dojde.. recepce 24/7, milá obsluha, přijatelná cena.

Cons:

zašpiněné zdi a zašlapaný špinavý koberec (ale na přespání to vliv nemělo :) ), pokud člověk přišel na snídani až kolem osmé, dost omezený výběr pečiva.

Riesen Enttäuschung. Nie wieder.

Ich kann von diesem Hotel leider nur dringend abraten. Ich hatte 3 Nächte gebucht und vor dem Check-in explizit nachgefragt, ob die Klimaanlage funktioniert, was mir ausdrücklich bestätigt wurde.

Vor Ort die Enttäuschung: Die Klimaanlage war defekt, und im Zimmer herrschten unzumutbare 28 Grad. Trotz sofortiger Mängelrüge weigerte sich das Hotel, mir ein funktionierendes Ersatzzimmer anzubieten. Aufgrund dieser unerträglichen Zustände und der verweigerten Abhilfe war ich gezwungen, den Aufenthalt nach der ersten Nacht abzubrechen und vorzeitig abzureisen.

Der Kundenservice nach der Abreise ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Seit Monaten wird eine angemessene Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Nächte verweigert. Man versucht stattdessen, mich mit einem lächerlichen Rabatt von 20 % abzuspeisen, obwohl das Hotel die vertragliche Leistung gar nicht erbracht hat. Der Fall liegt nun bei der offiziellen Schlichtungsstelle. Nie wieder!
