札幌駅から徒歩10分くらいで、近くに時計台もあり、朝から道庁迄散歩してきました。便利は良かったです(^o^)

Cons:

朝のモーニングサービスがあった、紙が挟まれていただけ、口頭で言ってほしかったです。
