My stay at KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Ekimae was genuinely wonderful and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast is fairly priced with plenty of food choices. The location is excellent—just 50 meters from the Ekimae-dori underground walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho) Exit 7, making it easy to reach both Sapporo Station and the Susukino Namboku Line. Lawson, FamilyMart, and Seicomart Sapporo Clock Tower are all right nearby, adding great convenience

位置極度方便, 空間極小
Pros:

住宿位置非常好, 飯店備品可以自己隨便拿
熱水來的非常快, 且源源不絕不會有用一下以後就沒有的問題
隔音很好, 基本聽不到外面和隔壁的聲音
有提供每天換毛巾的服務, 如果是長期住宿每三天提供一次打掃服務
冷氣很冷

Cons:

房間非常小, 價格很貴, CP值不高
價格高應該都是來買位子方便這一點, 但房間床的大小 空地的大小以及浴室的大小都不盡人意
如果可以接受優點的話, “很小”這一點應該是可以被忽略

場所も便利で快適です
Pros:

スタッフの方の丁寧な対応と設備の清潔さ、静かな点が良かったです。
部屋も適度な広さで充分ですし、空調も嫌な匂いなどはなく快適でした。
ベッドも私には合っていて寝やすく良い環境でした。
場所も大通りの地下道から5番のエレベーターを上がりすぐなので、荷物や天候に左右されず、スムーズに辿り着け、すすきの、大通り公園、時計台、道庁などいずれもアクセスしやすく便利です。

Cons:

朝食は私はあの値段であれば外にします。
ホールスタッフが少なく、券の回収はなく、何もせずに入れてしまいますし、飲み物や食事が無くなっていてもすぐ補充されません。
フロントへの自動ドアの前は居酒屋の出入り口と共有のためか、異臭がして少し気分が悪くなりました。
エレベーターの上昇時にガクガクとした振動が常時あり、不安でした。
