Only 2 staff to look after a restaurant full of people - skeleton staff
Bed was advertised as small double but in fact large single bed. Suitable for child size people not adults.
Two people could not stand side by side in the room.
Most uncomfortable koko hotel we have stayed in.
Supposed to ‘pay at property’ like they advertised on booking.com but they charged our credit card 2 days prior???

Pros:

立地がとても良く、ホテル自体も高層の建物で、豪華な印象を受けました。

また、客室やバスルームもとてもきれいに清掃されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。大分満足しています。割引が適用されていたのかは分かりませんが、通常より少し安かったようで、9,000円前後で宿泊できました。

ただ、正直なところ、部屋の広さや設備を考えると、このくらいの料金が妥当だと感じました。これ以上高ければ、おそらく予約しなかったと思います。

Cons:

部屋はかなり狭かったですが、ビジネスホテルなので、その点は理解しています。

ただ、2名で予約していたにもかかわらず、チェックインの際に「1名ですか、2名ですか」と改めて聞かれたことには少し戸惑いました。実際には最初は私1人でしたが、後から女性の友人が来る予定だったため、最初から2名で予約していました。

そのため、「1人」と答えたら後からもう1人は入れないのかな、という印象を受け、少し気になりました。あと、なぜか部屋に入ってカードキーを差し込むと、テレビが自動的につきました。私は特にテレビを見るつもりがなかったので、少し気になりました（笑）。もちろん、これは本当に些細なことですが。

Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und odori park. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Und der wasserdruck in den Duschen ist auch überragend.

Cons:

Hatten ein nicht Raucher zimmer gebucht aber dann fälschlicherweise ein Raucherzimmerbekommen. Das Personal hat aber den Fehler direkt korrigiert und uns ein nicht Raucher Zimmer gegeben. Also kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt. Super Hotel. Werden in sendai wieder in einem koko hotel sein! :D

Tutto bene, lo consiglio
Pros:

L’hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, uscita sud “Daimaru”.
La camera doppia era spaziosa e pulita, il letto comodissimo.
Lo staff molto gentile

Cons:

Il cuscino durissimo, purtroppo per me era veramente scomodo e non c’era uno di riserva.
La colazione un po’ base, però abbastanza buona.
