アルペンに行く前なら有
Pros:

いつでもドリンクとカントリーマームのバーがある。

Cons:

机がないのに持ち込んで食べてくださいと言われて、何度も言ってやっと合わない机が運び込まれた。ソファーとベットしかないのにどうやって食べてと思っているのか謎でした。

Pros:

多分、新たに増築した離れかとは思いますので、
綺麗に設備が整っていたのではと思います。

大浴場も、気持ち良かった

離れの部屋の為、プライベート空間は
保たれていたので、良かった

車も、部屋のまん前
に、駐車出来たので、これも良かった。

Cons:

逆に新しい設備だと思うので、
インテリジェンスStyleを目指したのか、
スイッチ、リモコンの操作が、説明もないので
理解するに時間がかかった。

特に、床暖房
まだ、この時期必要なかったから
良かったが、なんかのリモコンをイジっていたら
それが、床暖房だった。

あと、カーテンも自動で開いたりしたみたいだが、
半自動なのかフル自動なのか不明。

とにかく、チェックインの際
何も、設備説明が無かったのが残念。

内線電話にしても、
館内の案内用紙には、内線９番がフロント
と、書いてあるのに

離れの部屋には、電話線すら引いてない為
内線は無し。
部屋中くまなく探してしまった。
外線で代表電話にかけて、解決した。

TVが、小さすぎて、残念

思っていた何倍も良かったです！
Pros:

夕食の肉料理に使われていた味噌を気に入って、似たものを探しました。我が家ではお味噌が今回の旅行で一番ヒットしました。他にも色々美味しかったです！麻の簡易的ではありますがバイキングもとても良かったです！
お盆期間でしたが、お得なお値段でとても満足しました！

Cons:

強いて言うなら、外国人のスタッフさんとコミュニケーションをもっと取りたかった。どこの国の方が分からなかったので。
あと、お風呂の露天風呂から外が丸見えだったので、露天風呂に入る際は注意した方がいい！と事前に知っておきたかった。

楽しかったです
Pros:

温泉、朝食、ホテルの雰囲気、料金…全て良かったと思います。

Cons:

コテージAに泊まりました。
コテージはリフォームされていた感じで良かったですがロフトの布団がくしゃくしゃ(使用されたまま？)でした💦自分でたたみましたが…ロフトまでちゃんとチェックして欲しいと思いました！
