Great location, helpful staff and spacious accommodation.
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and it was great that there was a separator between the bedroom and bathroom areas. Drinking water and ice were available along with comic books. The location was super! Made our stay in Kyoto special as we were in Gion and near the canal.

Comfortable, spacious and great location
Pros:

Very spacious inside the room which was a nice change after 5 nights in Tokyo. It was in an ideal location for trains and also for the Gion District which was beautiful. Smelt like you were walking into a spa as soon as you walk through the doors. Provides luggage transfer service to your next hotel which was perfect. Highly recommend.

Fantastic central location and very reasonable pricing. Staff were incredibly helpful with luggage forwarding and general enquiries

The general "vibe" of the hotel is like a day spa - calm, serene and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing break.
