Great location right in the heart of Subiaco, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes and SJOG Hospital. Perfect for anyone wanting convenient access to the hospital and everything Subiaco has to offer.

Cons:

The carpets could do with a clean, and there was some noise overnight from what sounded like machinery from inside the wall which was a little disruptive. Otherwise, the property was in a great location.

Very expensive for zero service, and zero facilities that I needed.
Cons:

I booked the hotel and no one told me that there are no bars nor restaurants available on the Sunday or Monday. I was not impressed as I had to go around and wonder where to go in a city I am not familiar with.

Great stay in great location
Pros:

Easy free overnight parking on the road immediately outside the building (5pm to 8am) (plus one hour free extra). Supermarkets in easy walking distance, as well as lots of other shops.

Cons:

Would have liked an opening window as it was a bit stuffy. Also, an in room microwave would be wonderful.
