Es ist die beste Option in Zvolen
Pros:

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, besonders auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und umfangreich eins, der besten frühstücke, dass ich hier hatte.

Snídaně skvělá, personál ochotný

Cons:

Zařízení staré, TV pěkná, ale nenaladitelná, žaluzie rozbité. Okna nedoléhají, takže provoz z rušné ulice je dost slyšet.

Páčila sa mi lokalita, blízko k centru mesta.

Cons:

Nebol ani problém to, že hotel už má najlepšie roky za sebou, keďže zariadenie, aj keď staršie, bolo funkčné a nieslo so sebou istú dávku nostalgie. Problémom je strohý až takmer neúctivý prístup na recepcii a tiež obsluha v reštaurácii nereflektovala relevantnú "cenovú skupinu". Na izbe bolo zima (v máji). Netradične parkovné nebolo zdarma pre ubytovaných hostí. Veľkým sklamaním boli aj raňajky, najmä ak je záujem o teplé raňajky, ktoré obsahovali nedochutené vajíčka, pripálené klobásky, presolenú škvarenú slaninu a pod. Teda úplne mimo toho, čo by sa očakávalo o hotela tejto kategórie.

Snídaně od 6.30 do 10 dopoledne .V 7.30 když jsem šla na snídani už nebylo z čeho vybírat .Jídlo nebylo doplněné stoly nebyly uklizené .asi málo personálu

The electric sockets were behind cupboards and difficult to each. Easy access to sockets are needed nowadays because of the number of items that need charging. Generally, it needs modernising, for example my room had a traditional bath with shower attachment.

Výhodou hotela je jeho poloha pri námestí.
Pros:

Hotel sme navštívili viackrát veľmi krátkodobo vďaka jeho polohe pri námestí. Apartmán s výhľadom na Zvolenský zámok mal dostatočnú veľkosť, posteľ bola pohodlná, kúpeľka veľká s dostatočnými odkladacími priestormi, všade čisto. Raňajková ponuka nám postačovala, ale veľmi pestrá nebola. Personál sa zaujímal, či niečo nie je treba. Ocenili sme možnosť parkovania priamo pri hoteli.

Cons:

Mali sme pocit, že hotel má už dobré roky za sebou.
