Dikke aanrader: we komen zeker terug!
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, over het algemeen lekker eten. Prachtige omgeving en goede ligging (bijna alles tevoet bereikbaar). Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Zowel de kamer als de rest van het hotel was zeer proper. Mijn verjaardag viel tijdens onze vakantie en onze ontbijttafel was versierd.

Cons:

Kamer werd geadverteerd als Juniorsuite, maar was aan de kleine kant.

Pros:

Bonne ambiance, repas excellent. Très joli hôtel au style tyrolien modernisé.

Cons:

Chambre petite et surtout salle de bain minuscule.

dommage , le cadre est superbe et le personnel au top , éviter la demi-pension très décevante
Pros:

le personnel très agrèable et le service correct .le soucis n'était pas le ptidej mais le dîner (demi pension) d'une qualité très très moyenne

Cons:

le dîner , très basic , qualité très moyenne , aucune recherche dans la présentation , et franchement pour un 4* autrichien nous sommes très déçu et surpris , en comparaison à d'autres hôtels que nous avons fait .
En n'oubliant pas l'erreur ,,,,,,,,,,de 300€ en plus pour 6 bouteilles de champagne , consommées 3 . Après notre observation sur la sois disant erreur ils ont fait la correction et divisé le nombre par 2 soit de 600 à 300 .

Mooie locatie zeer proper en zeer vriendelijk personeel . Propere handdoeken

Cons:

Niet bevallen is niet de juiste keuze maar ontbijt was niet een 4 sterren waard yogurt niet gekoeld , vlees weinig variatie en brood niet altijd vers … t was te eten maar niet top.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement et les chambres étaient très bien.
C’est un hôtel confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. Le jardin est très agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est super, mais la demi-pension est moyenne

Für eine Durchreise okay, aufgrund des Zimmers kein Wunsch auf längeren Verbleib dort
Pros:

Die Anbindung an die Fußgängerzone war gut. Nach Kritik zwecks fehlender Minibar wurde Lösung angeboten. Es wurde ein Allegikerzimmer bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Bedienung aufmerksam

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet. Trotz Buisnesskategorie.
Es lag zur Straße, laut und Balkon dadurch nicht nutzbar.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte damit nicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Große Auswahl bei Frühstücks- und Abendbuffett. Das vegetarische Abendessen war variabel und sehr gut. Das Boxspring Bett war extrem bequem und das Zimmer sehr ruhig, vor allem auch in der Nacht. Die Ausflugsziele sind bequem mit dem Wanderbus erreichbar. Sehr aufmerksamer Service (schöne Gestaltung des Tisches anläßlich des Geburtstages) seitens des Personals. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Team an der Rezeption überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Gastronomie, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und überaus lecker! Ein grosses Lob gilt dem gesamten Service, absolut toll, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Superior Doppelzimmer mit Balkon war nicht besonders gross und die Möblierung leider nicht optimal gelöst. Der Platz war so eng bemessen, dass man kaum die Balkontür und die Schranktüren richtig öffnen konnte.

Preis viel zu hoch für schlechte essensqualität, nicht geniessbaren Hauptgang, kleiner Spa und kalte Zimmer.
Pros:

Gratis Parkplätze.
Salat und Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Umgang mit Reklamationen (Reklamationen wurden ins lächerliche Gezogen und nicht ernst genommen).
Hauptgericht „Fisch“ nicht essbar, hat niemand interessiert, also gab es einfach keinen Hauptgang für mich.
Zimmer A kalt, ca. 14 Grad haben mit Pullover und 2 Paar Socken geschlafen, ungemütlich.
Morgens um 06.00 Uhr einen Lärm über dem Zimmer und dann war man wach und konnte erst um 08.00 Uhr frühstücken.
Wasser benötigt 5 Minuten bis lauwarm.
Spa klein.
Aussenbereich ungemütlich im SPA und ebenfalls die Terrasse.

Séjour super et inoubliable.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel ainsi que les abords fleuris sont accueillants .
Notre chambre spacieuse était très confortable et avait une vue magnifique.
Les repas étaient variés et délicieux. Le personnel accueillant et très sympathique .
Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir
