Pros:

駅から近くコンビニも近く便利。お値段の割に部屋もベッドも広く快適だった。浴衣を着るのに大きな鏡がありとても助かった。

Lovely but could do with airing out
Pros:

I was in Kyoto for work the next morning and needed a place to say. I was basically in the hotel without sightseeing. This hotel was lovely for an evening in. Washroom/bath was very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea. Steady wifi. Location and hotel was quiet.

Cons:

There was an unusual smell when I got into the room, but I think that faded when I got the AC running. I had also used fragrant oils for a bath that helped mask the smell. Not sure how to describe it. The room might need airing out (if the window can be opened)

スタッフの不在が多すぎて不安なのでもう利用はしないかなと思いました。
Pros:

清潔感があり綺麗だった！駅からも近く便利！

Cons:

スタッフが在中しておらず、緊急連絡先も10分ほど繋がらず預けたキャリーケースはロビーに出しっぱなしにされていた。
バイトでもいいので24時間対応してほしい。(22-6時くらいまではフロントに居なくてもいいので近くにいて対応できる状態にしておいて欲しかった)

Cons:

スタッフが終始不在で、こちらから電話しても出ない。
しばらく後に折り返し電話が来たが、それまでどうしたらいいかわからないなど、最低でした。

Pros:

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Zona tranquilla, piena di posti tipici dove mangiare, vicina alla metro e la stazione centrale raggiungibile a piedi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, nonostante la barriera linguistica (nessuna conoscenza dell’inglese) ci hanno aiutati con il servizio di spedizione bagagli e sono stati molto efficienti.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera non profonda. C’era della polvere sui mobili della stanza e purtroppo sono allergica.
