Ubicación genial, hotel fantástico
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad. Tiene una estación de tren súper bien conectada a 2 minutos andando.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και cozy, επίσης πολύ κοντά στην πράσινη γραμμή που διευκόλυνε τις μετακινήσεις

Pros:

L’emplacement, l’hôtel était situé près d’une gare donc c’était super facile de se déplacer.

Cons:

Le personnel, très condescendant. Une personne en particulier nous prenait de haut (la manager), elle était désagréable et vraiment pas au service des gens.
De plus, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée plusieurs fois (malgré le respect des heures pour la pancarte « vous pouvez nettoyer cette chambre »).
Les chambres sont petites et mal aérées.
Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises des services, comme garder nos bagages ou utiliser les vestiaires, et ils ne faisaient aucun effort pour nous aider, aucune envie pour nous comprendre.

Hotel bien comunicado
Pros:

Ubicación y limpieza, cama confortable.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, el baño incómodo. El personal es agradable pero no saben hablar bien inglés y eso en un hotel es indispensable

Close to subway station. The staff is helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and quite worn. It is not as clean as you would expect a Japanese hotel to be. The breakfast is very boring, far from “fantastic” according to the description.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, really clean and comfy room. The room is small but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Lots of amenities, really good location. It‘s only 5 minutes to the nearest train station and just 1 stop from Shinjuku, a major train hub. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and thinking of booking one or two more nights before flying home.
