Pros:

Excellent location and wonderful staff. We arrived very early on a wet day and staff went out of their way to help. Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything including great food and transport options. Seven11/Familymart nearby, plus a supermarket is a short walk. Rooms are comfortable with good storage and seperate shower/toilet. Book this one!

Cons:

Leaving! We had a great stay.

If I would visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay there.
Pros:

The room was super clean. The breakfast had a very nice selection of dishes. The location was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the train station. And all the staff, especially the reception, were very polite and helpful.

Hotel molto carino e tranquillo, in una via tranquilla vicino ad Akihabara, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, con tanti locali, caffè e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Molto bello l'ingresso e la hall dell'hotel con il caffè, rilassante!
Bella la stanza con i futon rialzati.

Cons:

Hotel pulito ma non rifanno le stanze giornalmente. Purtroppo nelle camere non si aprono le finestre.
Sarebbe bello poter fare una colazione leggera con caffè e brioche ma al momento non è possibile, sei costretto a prendere la colazione completa al piatto.
