Comfortable, good location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, it made the check-in process easy. Amenities were free to take from a cupboard in the lobby and the facilities were all very clean. Also, there was complimentary coffee which was nice. We don't drink coffee though. I liked how the room was designed with the tatami and the spaces below the sleeping area to put suitcases away. The location was not bad, close enough to Akihabara to walk there comfortably but not too close to have to hear all the noises in the place.

Cons:

For the price point, I was hoping for more. The rooms were more cramped than I expected, and the bathroom didn't have a tub. It was still very comfortable though.

Pros:

The location was great.
Near the heart of Akihabara, making it easy to walk around and commute.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable and instead of getting one double bed we got two single beds separed

Pros:

The staff was excellent - when my spouse got sick they were able to help us book a doctor appointment, which relieved a lot of stress. The breakfast was also great! When we got home, I tried a few of the recipes they made for breakfast!

Pros:

Ottima esperienza in questo hotel! La stanza era pulitissima, spaziosa e davvero comoda per 4 persone.
​Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i servizi messi a disposizione degli ospiti: il caffè gratuito è una gran coccola, così come sono risultati utilissimi e super comodi sia il dispenser del ghiaccio che la lavanderia a gettoni.
​La colazione è ottima, anche se suggerirei di inserire qualche opzione dolce in più per completare l'offerta e accontentare davvero tutti i gusti. Nel complesso un soggiorno eccellente.

Comfortable and modern hotel in a great neighborhood
Pros:

Great hotel in the center of Akihabara, yet in a quiet neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants and cozy bars around. Check-in is self-service during which one also proceeds to the payment. Our room for three was small, but felt bigger and was very tidy and felt comfortable. The bathroom and the equipment are modern and everything feels classy.
A great service is the free coffee, available at the counter. The staff is japanese-like polite and helpful and helps you to feel at ease. Taken together, a great spot to spent a couple of days in Tokyo!

Cons:

The AC in the lobby made me freeze, especially given the hot temperatures outside. But that's only a minor point given the overall high quality of the hotel.

Fantastisch eerste verblijf in Japan!

מיקום טוב קרוב לתחנת מטרו ורכבת. איזור שקט ונעים. קרוב למסעדות ולחנויות נוחות. ארוחת בוקר טובה. החדרים מרווחים, נקיים, ומזגן טוב.

Cons:

חלק מהמזרנים קצת קשים. בחירה בין 3 סוגי ארוחות בוקר, ללא בופה.
