Great spot, would stay again
Pros:

It was quiet, the rooms were large with a washer/dryer that worked well, easy access to train stations, multiple nearby konbinis, the staff were all friendly and super helpful and fluent in at least English and Japanese. Shoutout to Jess and Natalia. Natalia even made us a cocktail (they have a small happy hour one day a week) and filled in our takkyubin forms for us.

Cons:

It's more an apartment that happens to have a front desk so there's not a regular hotel style room service but you can pay to have someone come do it if you want. You also have to take your rubbish downstairs if you fill the bins. Honestly though, that wasn't a big deal and was easy to do.

Good location, clean, quiet, safe area for families, staff were nice, room was big enough for families of four, convenient, close to many train stations.

Beyond impressed and would happily return!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. Incredibly clean room, friendly staff, great location and truly exceeded our expectations. We heard no noise whatsoever and had an incredibly peaceful stay. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone!

Cons:

Beds are very firm for our taste, that's our only negative.
