A perfect one night stay in the city center of Colombo
Pros:

A very nice hotel, with fully equipped wide rooms, run by very nice and available people. A very good breakfast, the nice plus of the rooftop pool, and a strategic position at a walking distance from some of the major points of interest.

Great start to our Sri Lanka trip!
Pros:

We stayed at Lavonca Botique Hotel for 2 nights before starting our round trip in Sri Lanka! All staff members were really friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in very early in the morning to rest after or trip, which was amazing! The location in the heart of Colombo was also great and we were very happy with our expierience. Thank you :)

Gute Unterkunft für Ankunft in Sri Lanka
Pros:

Das Personal hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war jederzeit für uns da. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad ebenfalls und auch sehr modern (alles wie auf den Fotos). Highlight ist vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Pool, der ebenfalls sauber war. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage war ebenfalls optimal, da es Restaurants und ATM in der Nähe gibt. Für die ersten 1-2 Nächte als Ankunft in Sri Lanka, können wir die Unterkunft also weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir waren mit allem der Unterkunft zufrieden:)

Einfach zur Info: Passt auf, es gibt viele Leute im Viertel und generell der Stadt, die Touris abziehen wollen!! Immer vorsichtig sein!

Pros:

La struttura si trova vicino ai punti principali. La colazione è buona e abbondante. Lo staff molto gentile. Camera con frigo, asciugamani puliti e morbidi.

Very good value.
Pros:

A nice hotel in a good location on a quiet oneway street with good security.
Our room was comfortable, wirh a small balcony, the staff friendly and breakfast was good.
The views from the top pool area are fabulous!
Luckily we had a first floor room, as there is no elevator.
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Furnishings were a little on the grubby side, but the bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice.

The room was clean and the receptionist was polite.

Cons:

I chose this hotel above a good one at a similar price range, because of the pictures showing impressive facilities and an overall romantic vibe. It all turned out to be false. Pool was too dirty to step into, everything was worn and gave an impression they stopped caring about maintenance a decade ago. Further, the outstanding restaurant that was adverticed was nonexistant and the city views from the roof top area was a disappointment I still feel ashamed having exposed my girlfriend to.
