A localização
Apartamentos muito pequenos
Location, restaurants on site, hardwood floors, very friendly staff
If you stay on the 4th floor and you have a room below the restaurant on the 5th floor, it is pretty noisy. My room may have been under the kitchen, lots of movements, banging noises.
la posizione, l'accoglienza e la possiblità di farti il caffè nella Hall, gratuitamente.
Niente.
Location was great to nice restaurants and bars. The aesthetic was good. Convenient hotel bar and restaurant downstairs. Mattress was big and comfy. Wifi good.
When I checked in, no one told me housekeeping was only upon request. If I pay $500 per night, I'd expect daily room touch ups! Shower curtain was from the dollar store and was falling off the rod upon arrival. The room is not for short (I'm 5'4") people; I could barely reach the coat hangers. Room was TINY! Bed linens were scratchy and rough. LED lights in the bathroom were flickering which shows how cheap their furnishings are. Also, they send automatic text messages to see how you're doing but customer service is non existent. I messaged them about the shower curtain and no response! The in person staff just says "sorry" but no action.
Très bon emplacement
location, restaurants, room and people
The location is very convenient for visits to MIT and Boston.
We were initially assigned a room on the second floor. It was small but well-organized and had a comfortable bed. However, it was very difficult to get a decent night’s sleep due to constant noise from the building, including a persistent humming sound that at times became quite loud.
After three nights, we asked to change rooms. The reception staff was apologetic but did not seem surprised, suggesting the issue was already known.
We were then moved to a room on the fourth floor, which was significantly better and much quieter.
