Ótimo para uns dias na ilha
Pros:

Ótima localização, quartos amplos e confortáveis. Possui todos os amenities necessários para uma curta estadia. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e auxiliam no que é necessário para a experiência na ilha ser incrível

Cons:

Secador de cabelo é de uma boa marca mas não tem bocal o que torna o uso muito complicado (tem uma saída de ar grande então sem o bocal não direciona o ar direito)

The room was beautifully appointed, great view of the bay and very clean.

I would recommend staying here
Pros:

Great location, clean and spacious accommodation
Wonderful outlook
Staff helpful booking restaurants for dinner

Cons:

The towels were meagre
Breakfast was quite rich and identical every day. I saw the filter coffee being poured from one pot into another - yuk!
The staff repeatedly told you that they were closing in 10 minutes, in 5 minutes , in 4 minutes which made meals far less relaxing than they might have been

Great value, the hotel is pretty an the staff is very friendly
Pros:

The view is amazing.
I liked the the property has a bar,sauna, restaurant and bike rental.

Cons:

It’s a little difficult to arrive with any piece of luggage.

Ottimo hotel con vista fantastica e personale molto gentile
Pros:

Posto molto bello,, anche se io avevo una camera più piccola (per scelta), alcune sono stupende. Pulitissimo. Dotato di ogni comfort. Staff gentilissimo

La vue

La liste est tellement longue:
- aucun sens du service, pas possible de garder les bagages.
- horaires de location de vélo jusqu’à 18h sinon il faut rajouter une journée complète. Alors qu’il n’y a aucun restaurant autour et l’hôtel est en pente.
- climatisation éteinte à notre arrivée, il faisait 50 degrés dans notre chambre. Frigo étaient également.
- plein de règles strictes à la con, rigidité

Et surtout, j’ai eu le malheur de me tromper de date de réservation d’un mois. Il s’agit d’un bug de Booking, ma recherche avait sauté au moment de réserver. J’ai contacté l’hôtel aussitôt pour demander s’il était possible de modifier la date sans frais car c’est une erreur humaine.
AUCUN effort de compréhension. Ils m’ont conseillé d’annuler le séjour (400€) et de commander un nouveau aux bonnes dates (400€).
Booking à dû intervenir et on a coupé la poire en deux avec Booking.

C’est des Escrocs !
