The hotel was clean and well equipped, but it could go the extra mile to better assist guests
Pros:

Sunset terrace was nice, well located near the port, rooms were clean

Cons:

One thing that was really disappointing was having to carry all of our luggage up the hill. Given the steep climb, I think the hotel should provide a complimentary shuttle service, or at least a luggage transfer service, for guests arriving and departing. It would have made a huge difference to our stay.

Pros:

眺めの良いテラスでお酒の🥃注文ができた。夕食予約せずに行ったが、受付でピザ等デリバリー注文ができると教えてもらい注文し、テラスで夕食にできました。朝食もおいしいし、部屋は広くて清潔、受付は親切で、さらに港から荷物のデリバリーもしてもらえるので満足でした。

Cons:

建物の構造上仕方ないですが、上の階の足音は響いていましたので、気になる方は上の階の部屋にすると良さそうです。

Pros:

La vue depuis les chambres et le petit bar terrasse est sublime ! Les équipements sont très confortables, avec une grande salle de bain et douche.

Cons:

La montée est difficile (mais il faut cela pour avoir une telle vue !) et donc nous recommandons chaudement de faire appel à leur service qui monte les bagages eux-mêmes.

Dining choices limited and very complex logistics for the whole prices. Signs in the room not to speak after 8 pm not very welcoming

Pros:

La vue du balcon était magnifique. La chambre était très confortable. Le personnel était très gentil. Les petits déjeuners japonais ou occidentaux étaient bons. L’accès à des vélos électriques directement à l’hôtel est pratique.

Cons:

C’est un peu cher. Les forfaits de location de vélo à la journée seulement gagneraient à être un peu plus flexibles.
