We were in the town for a softball tournament
Pros:

We liked that the hotel was close to many many choices for food and shopping centers. The freeway was close by.

Cons:

After checking in we were given the incorrect room. I booked and paid for a 2bed queen suite. I was given a 1 bed king suite. Then had to switch to the correct room and was told there were no rooms available. After the clerk made a call to a manager I was given a 2bed queen room, not a suite like I originally paid for. For the mix up and wrong room I should be refunded some money for the incorrect room.

Parking was very limited because a foot truck was parked in the front of the hotel. The front desk clerk was by herself when about 10 of us walked in to check in and didn’t acknowledge us for almost 10 minutes then frantically called for help.

Nice clean hotel in a nice clean area, with 4 free Level 2 charging spots.
Pros:

The facility is new, clean, in a good area. The four Level 2 charging spots of 6kW each are a really nice bonus - they were half the reason I booked this hotel and it was absolutely worth it. The room has everything needed for a longer stay (medium-sized refrigerator, microwave etc)

Cons:

The breakfast was really basic and not really edible - ok for an emergency but I wouldn't count on it to start a day well.

A perfect stay with great service and an excellent location.
Pros:

The location was amazing—just 7 minutes from the airport. There were also many restaurants, including several fast-food chains, and stores nearby. The staff were friendly and kind, and the room was excellent, clean, and spacious. The swimming pool was also nice and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!
