Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, beim Frühstück eher weniger. Geräumige Parkgarage, sehr ruhig, gute Anbindung mit der Tram in die Innenstadt. Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Tische beim Frühstück waren um 8.45 Uhr fast alle schon benutzt und wurden weder abgeräumt noch abgewischt. Etwas unzufrieden wurde dann für uns ein Tisch zurechtgemacht. Im Außenbereich gab es abends keinen Tisch mehr ohne Reservierung, dafür kann das Hotel aber natürlich nichts.

Very good breakfast with lot of options, rooms were comfortable and clean. Very good restaurant. Tram stop is very close by and transportation is free. Staff very friendly and polite

Cons:

Weird masks on bed lamps, not sure what they are for, not necessarily a bad thing, just odd. Also the screens on the breakfast/dinner room are completely off sync (they play some segments of old cartoons) not sure if on purpose or not

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Option einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel zu bekommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war angemessen. Leider war der gesamte Frühstücksraum sehr hektisch und die Platzierung von Spesen und Getränken eher unglücklich. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, kamen aber kaum nach.

Das Hotel an sich war gut.super Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum

Ein gemütliches sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel am Wochenende im Hotel und haben es gebucht weil es sehr gemütlich aussah, aber vor allen Dingen wegen der Dachterasse, da super schönes Wetter war.
Nur leider war die Terrasse Sonntag und Montag geschlossen, was vorher nicht erwähnt wurde.
Das Frühstück war sehr chaotisch, da alle Leute für Kaffee anstanden der für jede einzelne Person zubereitet wurde und die Menschenschlange einen daran hinderte ans Büffet zu kommen.
Es war natürlich sehr voll im Hotel da es ein langes Wochenende war und man nicht draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken durfte, was nachher jedoch einige Leute getan haben um überhaupt einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und und kreative Einrichtung.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und unglaublich fleißig .
Tiefgarage mit direktem Aufzug ins Hotel
Straßenbahn und Bus, kostenfrei in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. In die Stadt damit in 10 Minuten.
Frühstück tolle Auswahl (wenn dann mal alles da wäre)

Cons:

Bei drei Nächten wurde einmal das Zimmer nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption wurde dies zur Kenntnis genommen, aber Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht
Beim Frühstück war eine Reisegruppe die sich die Tische gefüllt haben, für die Gäste die dann kamen war kein Brot, Wurst, Joghurt , Wasser usw. da, nach 1 Std. kurz vor Ender der Frühstückszeit war dann halbwegs wieder einiges aufgefüllt. Klares Management Versagen. An solchen Tagen mit Reisebussen muss mehr Personal da sein und entsprechend mehr vorbereitet sein.
Wenn man etwas anderes als Filterkaffee haben möchte gibt es eine Person die dies zubereitet, also Kaffee Latte, Crema, Cappuccino usw. Die Dame hat ohne Ende gearbeitet , aber eine Schlange ohne Ende und entsprechende Wartezeiten.
Es ist nicht gestattet draußen zu frühstücken , dort wurde auch nicht eingedeckt , gerade bei sonnigen Wetter.

Parken, eine Parkplatz Reservierung ist nicht möglich. Bedeutet bei der Anreise, entweder Glück oder Pech . Wenn man zwischendurch mal raus fährt kann man Pech haben und alles ist voll. Rindergulasch ist parken mit Parkschein möglich, aber auch voll und teilweise hohe Bordsteine .
Es gibt keinen Platz wo man mal chillen kann, oder sich mal in Ruhe hinsetzten kann.
Rooftop Bar ist die Musik zu laut um sich zu unterhalten, leider keine Alternative.

Und man kann kein Fenster öffnen.

Cons:

Bouteille d'eau non remplacée dans le réfrigérateur (contrairement à ce qui était annoncé)
Coût du parking (21€/nuitée) : il existe des parkings P+R dans la ville (gratuits pour 24h puis 10€/jour)
Le petit déjeuner si affluence ; à cause d'un groupe en deuxième jour : expérience moins agréable car bcp de produits non disponibles
