駅ちかで助かった。久々の高齢一人旅なので、スタッフが丁寧で助かった。セキュリティも今はこうなっているんだと感心。チェックアウトも簡単でびっくり！

特にトラブルも無く良かった
Pros:

シングルの部屋でしたがベットが広くて良かった
試合の為の宿泊で、ユニホームの洗濯がホテル内でできたのがよかった

Cons:

団体だったせいか、チェックインに時間がかかり困った。
今回は１２人分で３０分位かかった

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧で、スムーズにチェックインできました。部屋も広くて快適に過ごせました。朝食を部屋で食べたい人のために、コンビニ弁当のようなプラスチックのトレーが置いてあります。

Cons:

シャワーの使い方が複雑だったことと、シャワーの水温調整がとにかくしにくかった点がストレスでした。トイレの便座に座る度に鳴る電子音が煩わしかったです。朝食を食べる場所が狭く、席数がかなり限られているので、時間帯によっては混雑するし満席で座れません。
