Beautiful hacienda-style property with peaceful grounds, comfortable rooms, parking, and a pool
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful room, peaceful courtyard, great architecture and floors, a clean bathroom with a strong shower, comfortable beds, secure parking, a nice pool, and a great location in town.

Cons:

The bathroom was modern, clean, and functional, but the style didn’t really match the rest of the hacienda. Charmless.

Pros:

Fuimos 4 personas en la habitación con camas matrimoniales y un sofa cama y la verdad estuvimos muy cómodos, las habitaciones esta de lujo mezclan lo contemporáneo con lo clásico de la ciudad de parras sin duda alguna un excelente hotel está a unos metros del centro de parras caminando tiene suficiente estacionamiento y su área verde de alberca es increíble, el personal en todo momento es atento y servicial sin duda alguna volveré gustozo. El Internet es muy bueno.

Cons:

Notifiqué de un cambio y me confirmaron pero no me dijeron que el cambio era por booking y nos cobraron más. En el restaurante también se portaron un poco groseros.

Ubicación exelente. Nos dejaron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora señalada. Además nos subieron una categoría más sin coste extra. Repetiré en este hotel, sin duda.

una experiencia para recargar energía

las instalaciones estan preciosas, las camas y almohadas en perfecto estado, muy bien equipada la habitación, el serviocio de los colaboradores fue increible, y el resturant es una cosa deliciosa.

Cons:

que necesitan poner techo en el area del patio donde hay unas mesitas con paraguas, pues llovió y toda esa área no se podía utilizar y eso generó saturación del restaurant y gente en fila esperando mesa, cuando si tuvieran una techumbre tipo terraza, seguirías disfrutando del espacio al aire libre pero sin tener consecuencias con la llovia.
