Pros:

O hotel é muito bem decorado.
Cama muito confortável e tudo limpo.
O pequeno almoço é preparado na hora e muito bom!
Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Friendly staff, tasty local breakfast, and a warm atmosphere.
Pros:

Every morning hotel prepare different breakfast, very rich and tasty. From main dish to fruit and drink, all made with care. If guest join early tour, staff will make takeaway box, can choose what you like, no waste of food. I feel this is very thoughtful. Hotel is just outside North Gate. Cross the street and you are inside Old City. Many attractions, restaurants and massage shops can walk to. Location is convenient but still quiet, I really enjoy staying here.

Cons:

The water pressure is a bit weak and hot water not very hot. During cool season in Chiang Mai, when day and night temperature is different, shower can feel a little cold. But many hotels near Old City have the same problem, so it is common. It does not really affect the whole travel experience.

Tolle Unterkunft , der Preis stimmt , würden wieder hier übernachten
Pros:

Ein sehr hübsches neues Hotel mit Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles sehr stylisch und gemütlich . Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt total.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für europäische Verhältnisse einfach, wobei uns das nicht gestört hat. Der Kaffee/Cappuchino war sehr gut .

Comfy and convenient
Pros:

Really nice hotel and location. Bit of a challenge crossing the road but you get used to it and cant hear any traffic from your room.

Breakfast is nice and fresh and coffee is 10/10.

The rooms have really nice amenities and bed is really comfortable. A great room to come back too after a long day exploring.

A very good hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of all the main attractions. Very clean, new and modern hotel. The staff was perfect.

En natt holdt for oss, men absolutt valuta for pengene.
Pros:

Enkelt hotell som lå veldig greit til. Stort bad og romslig rom. Veldig moderne.

Cons:

Veldig spesiell frokostordning. Du må velge hvilken rett du vil ha ved innsjekk, og der bommet vi veldig.

A spectacular stay!!!
Pros:

Wow—I had a spectacular stay here. The hotel is absolutely spotless, and the daily housekeeping was the best I’d ever had (we’re talking re-folding the TP and tissues every day, full clean of the toilet and sink, new sheets, everything). Staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are luxurious and delicious. Bed was very comfortable. Art was beautiful. Really great value—I felt like I got major luxury for a non-luxury price.

Cons:

I thought the location was fine, but not perfect. For access to the old town by foot, it would have been slightly more convenient to stay within the walls. However, that might have been annoying to drive into given the narrow streets. Tradeoffs.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Lage top, sehr geschmackvolles Hotel, sehr zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Hervorragendes Bett - habe selten so gut in einem Hotelzimmer geschlafen.

Cons:

Warum ich einen Stern abgezogen habe: das Wasser in der Dusche war für meinen Geschmack leider zu kühl und die Zimmer zum Nachbarn sind wirklich sehr hellhörig.
