Pros:

The hotel is located very near a metro station. My room was large, bright, comfortable and very clean. There was a little bit of street noise.

Good condo-hotel in a good location
Pros:

Location, room size , close to a metro station , 15 minutes from historic downtown

Cons:

The restaurant at the roof does not open for breakfast, you have to leave to cafeterias nearby. I had a bad experience checking in, I arrived at midnight and I was told that I could do a self check, they would leave a key in a comb lock box at the entrance, when I arrived and opened the box there was no key, so I had to move to another hotel that might. Early Next day Valeria from the administration texted me to apologize and offered explanation of their internal miscommunication. I stayed for the rest of the nights because the property is good she seemed sincerely sorry about the situation. Other than that , I recommend this property

Very easy. Who needs to stay inside anyways when there is so much to explore and do in Quito.
Pros:

Easy to check in. Location near the metro and a supermarket/ mall.

Cons:

The hair dryer did not have heat. Super silly thing but when drying my hair I like to use a little heat. I’m not sure if it was just a faulty hair dryer. Also some shampoos or little toiletries would have made this a 9/10. Otherwise I did rebook and recommend.

El personal de recepción y del restaurant fueron muy amables en todo momento. El hotel tiene instalaciones muy cómodas lo que nos permitió un agradable descanso. Con gusto regresaríamos y lo recomendaríamos.
