Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Mixed reports: many guests say rooms and facilities are clean, but multiple comments mention bathrooms not cleaned well and at least one instance of no room cleaning and no hot water.
Service
8.8
Generally strong praise: staff frequently described as very friendly, attentive and VIP treatment; isolated reports of rude restaurant staff and an arrogant manager reduce a perfect score.
Location
8.4
Location and views are praised and described as accessible, though some guests noted beach/swimming issues and mixed experiences due to the shared property with another resort.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as comfortable, cozy and well kept (several '10/10' remarks); occasional issues reported such as no hot water and a door battery problem.
Amenities
8.6
Pools (including an infinity pool), jacuzzi and pool-bar receive high marks; entertainment is sometimes far away and adult-only amenities are affected by shared property dynamics.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed value perception: special touches and VIP treatment appreciated, but inconsistent food quality, service incidents and adult-only expectations not met lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Mixed to negative: several guests praise excellent meals, while many mention repetitive buffet offerings, poor Italian restaurant, and overall inconsistent quality/variety.
Overall Experience
8.6
Many guests report memorable stays (weddings/proposals, relaxation) and excellent staff attentions; a minority had significant negative episodes that tempered some experiences.
