Lovely
Pros:

loved the room. nice chairs and a table to play games on. Shuttle service was a great surprise and the reason we wouls rebook.

Cons:

Jacuzzi? too big and hard to access for over 70 group.

Staying at a traditional hotel was a real treat in this era of anonymous rentals.
Pros:

Room, location, restaurant and staff were great! The shuttle-van service to performance venues was appreciated, especially for evening shows.

Cons:

I would have like a Keurig-style pod coffeemaker as well as the Nespresso that was provided.

Great for those with Limited Mobility
Pros:

Loved the location, the onsite restaurant is quality and convenient. Highly recommend for elderly or mobility limited travelers.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too big, and there was a bit of yellowing in the tub. Otherwise can't recommend the place highly enough. Perfect location and made everything easy.

The aesthetic of the place for the price was the best! Got to feel fancy without killing my credit card

The water softener made it hard to wash clean. Took a lot to get soap off my hands.

A perfect place for a Stratford festival stay.
Pros:

The location was within easy walking distance of everything and a shuttle service was available to get to the Festival theatre. Exceptionally friendly service and a good breakfast. We will stay there again.
