The location was excellent
NONE
WE COULDNT GET TO OUR HOTEL SO HAD TO PARK 2 MILES AWAY AND CARRY OUR 8 YEAR OLD AND LUGGAGE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL THROUGH HORRIBLE TRAFFIC. BOOKING.COM NEVER EMAILED US ON WHAT TO DO TO ACTUALLY GET TO HOTEL SO WE ENDED UP MISSING EVERYTHING WE DROVE 5 HOURS TO DO. TOOK US ANOTHER 4-5 HRS TO GET FROM GARAGE TO HOTEL, MADE IT IN TIME TO GO TO SLEEP ABSOLUTE MISERABLE TIME
The views were awesome!

4th time there, it's ALWAYS AMAZING♥️
Nothing
Great Hilton property. On the end of the pier so no walkable great restaurants for dinner. But when it’s hot, you can walk in the interior corridors all the way to the mall area. We got a corner room with a great view of downtown and the lake. Very spacious room and good walk in shower.
While this hotel is sort of 'out there' - towards the very end of the long pier, it is a lovely property and quite unusual. The rooms are great - we were in room 1703 - so top floor. Ask for a room on the 6th or 7th floor for really nice views. The bed was VERY comfortable, the property is quiet, and the shower is one of the best I have every experienced.
Great trip, excellent and kind staff
Excellent location with a beautiful view
worst exsperance ever in Chicago, if you like holiday inns and someone above stomping around, becasue the floors are wood not cement this is where you want to stay, on top of that had to replace our complet AC unit, dont ask the desk to print off you boarding pass as they dont no how nor does the manager, then try and call ahead for you car cant be done. dont even test the restrarant for room service, a restraurant that doesnt open unti 7.
Liked the fireworks
Lake view
I loved the view it was amazing being able to see the city skyline and lake Michigan and being right there on the navy pier.
The price for the room is a bit pricey for the size it was quite small but the view was phenomenal. The worst part for my stay was the parking lot they told me to park in the east gate and the people at the gate said go to the west and couldn't get into the west when I was told if you stay at the sable you get parking (you pay for every time you enter the garage) so I was getting frustrated with not being able to park so I went back to the desk and talked to this gentleman with hair to his shoulders and explained what's going on he was rude and said you go into the east garage and press the button when I kept stating they won't let me in because they keep saying it's full and he just kept being rude and saying you press the button I got upset and left and went back to the west garage after trying the east garage (no luck again) and I ended up just buying a ticket through the navy peir parking so just be prepared the parking is a nightmare during the weekend and trying to get help from the staff was pointless.
