The hotel was FABULOUS and Navy Pier never looked better. So many different things to do at Navy pier.

The price that was paid and they didnt even have any glasses or extra cups in the room. A couple of paper cups for coffee, nothing in the bathroom for rinsing your mouth after brushing your teeth and our pillow case was really dirty. We removed the pillow case and used the pillow

The Panoramic Scenic View. The Sea View was breathtaking, to sit on the bench look out Windows.
Pros:

The Sea View, The Space in the Room, was great, It would have been nice, if the microwave; was a part of the fee and already in the room, one thing I would like to add was that the staff was very accommodating as far as timely Manor, in bringing or coming to see about anything that needed to be adjusted in the room. The food was absolutely delicious but it was a little pricey and if you happen to be a family of four that could have been quite expensive and where would that leave for other activities around such a great City and hotel transportation around Chicago. I felt very safe in and around the Hotel. Fireworks were over the Top, something for everyone to Enjoy.

Cons:

The cost of the microwave; not included in the fee for the room. The cost of parking/valet parking, and in at the hotel restaurants, and not really knowing the outside restaurants in how far would be to walk or the kids who will live for taxi for city bus. There was an issue with me checking in after someone was in front of me and the reservationist seemed to be very helpful and accommodating to that person but I didn't feel the same warmth hospitality, when I was asking questions they were very brief and short response back or they couldn't quite hear me.

Gostamos da acomodação, da limpeza, atendimento camareiras e localização!

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção, pouco amigável para estrangeiros, não permitiram, nem deram atenção a questionamento de valores divergentes do contratado com a plataforma booking.com. Cobraram 25% (entre estadia e taxas) a mais do que o previsto na reserva feita através da plataforma. Recepção nem deu atenção, sabendo que não éramos nativos. Decepcionante! Não recomendaremos!
