Everything was perfect specially the “Guest experience team” ( Natalie & Mariah) that were very attentive and helpful to find the perfect tours . The beach in front of the resort is really nice . Clean and calm .

The drinks are not particularly good. The espresso is poor, the cocktails are too sweet, and overall, nothing is particularly impressive. I also think that the restaurant menu should include some basic dishes for people who don’t like too much onion, sauce, etc. There is a lack of simple, classic dishes that are reliably good without too much unnecessary creativity.

Where do I start! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the extremely friendly, helpful, and well-trained staff to the amazing facilities and beautiful rooms, and direct access to the beach. It's simply one of the best.
We got upgraded to a better room upon arrival, and it was fantastic! Great views, very comfortable, well designed, and with a lovely balcony. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped and had great water pressure.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of local and international dishes.
You are spoiled for choice when it comes to swimming, with multiple pools and the sea just next to them.
There's a supermarket right across the street from the main door, which was really convenient, and if you continue walking in any direction, you will find great local restaurants.
The center is only 15 minutes away by bus, which is also great.
Nothing really comes to mind except that the food prices in the hotel are a bit too much, which is kind of understandable, but there are so many local options close by and in the center.
