Ottima accoglienza e posizione dell'hotel, peccato non ci sia l''ascensore
Pros:

L'hotel è carino, l'accoglienza molto piacevole e attenta, la posizione centrale.

Cons:

Purtroppo ma non lo avevo letto la camera era al terzo piano senza ascensore, il bagno minuscolo e aveva un cattivo odore.

Posizione , accoglienza del personale , il giardino silenzioso e tranquillo.

Cons:

Camere ricavate da un vecchio palazzo residenziale con suddivisione degli spazi
piuttosto discutibile. Muri in cartongesso e quindi insonorizzazione del tutto inesistente . Mobilio e bagni decisamente antichi .

Great stay, hotel deserves better appreciation than it gets.
Pros:

The location could hardly be better, the hotel is in the middle of the city centre. Our room was spacious and clean, beds were made every day, easy to air and although close to the street, quiet. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel looks a bit dated, it's not 'luxurious', but it's very clean and great value overall.

Cons:

An elevator would have been handy, but from the ground floor to the first floor there is a chairlift available for who has difficulties doing stairs. Breakfast is a bit underwhelming, but adequate.

Hotel très bien situé, chambres assez simples mais bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est serviable et adorable.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d ascenseur, nous le savions mais c'est à prendre en considération si on a du mal à monter les escaliers.
