Zimmer gut , ordentliche Ausstattung, Einstieg in die Badewanne problematisch. Guter Service, Betten machen und Handtüchertausch nur auf Anforderung, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Produkten

Dopo aver inviato una mail per la richiesta di una colazione gluten free per mia moglie e dopo averlo ricordato al check-in, il giorno dopo non avevano predisposto nulla se non del pane ed erano assolutamente impreparati a gestire un cliente celiaco. Gli alimenti erano tutti a buffet con contaminazione certa. Mi hanno assicurato che il giorno seguente avrebbero provveduto, ma la mattina seguente stessa storia. L'addetta alla reception ha fatto una corsa al supermercato per comprare qualcosa che di certo non copriva il costo pagato per le 4 colazioni. Molto delusa e soprattutto non sanno cosa vuol dire essere celiaco.

Pros:

Super in der Innenstadt; Portier hat uns eine Strasse in der Nähe empfohlen, wo kostenfreies Parken möglich ist.

Cons:

Dusche im Zimmer hatte Vorhang - meine Tochter fand das unhygienisch.
