Best hotel I've ever stayed in!
Pros:

This hotel was one of the best hotels I've stayed. The attention to detail was beyond impressive! Whoever manages this property needs a raise! Wow snack bags at reception for kids and adults, fresh apples, a free coffee/tea/water.. The extra wow factor was they had gluten free and dairy free options in the breakfast buffet. I've never seen that before!!! They even had mini hot sauce packages too... And the breakfast buffet.... Phenomenal! Sooooo many choices!!

Cons:

I can't think of one thing I didn't like.. This place was amazing..

Medicine Hat, breakfast was amazing, like the omelette station. Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Keep up the great service!

Cons:

Tip jar needs to be more prominent, everyone should be tipping the breakfast staff, they do an awesyjob!

A clean, comfortable and up to date property.
Pros:

Breakfast was good for me as I was "on the run". I liked the location as we were close to shops and road access.

Cons:

I had no complaints with the property or staff. We were able to relax and enjoy the evening after a day of driving.

Absolutely a terrific hotel!
Pros:

Our first time staying in this hotel and it won’t be our last! This hotel was so much better than we expected. The lobby entrance area was spacious and elegant. The breakfast area was amazing……as was the breakfast offered. A chef was making personal French toast or omelet. The array of choices was incredible. Best complimentary breakfast I have seen in any hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed. King bed, sofa, desk, counter with coffee maker. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We even ordered room service for dinner from Bar One. We have a dog so it was great to have the hotel pet friendly, even though there was an additional fee. Very impressed with everything about this hotel.
