Pros:

The breakfast could have been better (and hotter) or perhaps a made-to-order breakfast would be a good idea.

Cons:

There was no lock on the bathroom door - not good if it was a first trip away with a new partner

MUY BIEN PERO HAY QUE CAMINAR A LOS SITIOS IMPORTANTES.
Pros:

Hotel muy comodo, un poco lejos de la playa y el casco viejo, más o menos unos 15 a 20 minutos a pie, cuenta con parqueo, pero como nuestro auto de alquiler incluia Telpark utilizamos uno que estaba a unos 200 metros un poco más cercano que el del Hotel. El desayuno es muy bueno. Nos gusto que con un depósito de 10 euros proporcionan toallas de playa, lo devuelven al regresar la toalla. Algo muy especial es que el baño tiene inodoro tipo japones.

loved our stay and would highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful building, perfectly located 2minute walk from the main bus station. Ideally situated along the river and a short walk to the old town! felt really safe, clean and peaceful. The staff kindly had umbrella for us to borrow when it rained and were endlessly helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Definite return choice.
Pros:

Service from the hotel front desk and housekeeping was exceptional. The breakfast buffet option was incredibly convenient and good quality. Abba San Sebastian is right on the water promenade and within walking distance of everything in Donostia. Outside and rooftop seating are incredible.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast buffet had more choices and opened earlier than 8 am. I really struggled with the digital electric lighting inside the room. Could never figure out how to turn specific lights on or off.

Chilled out relaxed holiday base
Pros:

Lovely property, outside was full of character while the interior very modern. Location fantastic for exploring the town on foot.

Pros:

Great hotel and well presented rooms, but they are on the small side. We expected that and given we were out exploring most of the time the room size was incidental. Staff were great and the location was also terrific.

Mooi en luxe hotel op goede locatie.
Pros:

Modern interieur in klassiek pand. Op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden. Dicht bij busstation naar Bilbao.

Very good full service hotel
Pros:

Decor very modern and a bit funky. Had A/C and also large windows that open (it was hot). Check-in and front desk staff were great. Only a short walk to the old town

Cons:

The barman who served us in the ground floor bar was indifferent- said we couldn’t take our drinks to the rooftop terrace (where the check-in staff had indicated we could).
