The location is close to the train and bus station but not very noisy. It is an easy short walk in to town. We had a terrace that we could sit on outside which was great. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The reception is down stairs from the street and you have to carry your suitcase up and down. The room facilities don't 'flow'. For example, there was no towel rack for the hand towels; no place to put out your toilet bags - only in a drawer.
Everything. Great location. Stylish hotel. Clean and quiet rooms. Very cool rooftop bar with great views. Excellent breakfast. We highly recommend.

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité avec du choix salé ou sucré.
La chambre était côté route. Elle est très mal insonorisée. Nous entendions la circulation bruyante.

the lights are motion activated and turn themselves off constantly, it's annoying. also there's no parking on site, parking is available at a local public garage, spaces are at a premium.
L'edifici és un antic palau resturat i la ubicació és perfecta, malgrat no estar al centre, la ubicació és el millor d'aquest hotel. El personal, malgrat semblar amables, eren absolutament inoperatius i no han estat capaços de fer res per millorar la nostra estança (continuo a l'apartat de "què no m'ha agradat" per que tela, tela telita!
Tot, m'agraden els hotels amb encant però també m'agrada gaudir d'un hotel de certa categoria, crec que aquests dos conceptes haurien de poder funcionar junts... i ABBA San Sebastián sembla, a simple vista, que ho compleix. No és així, malgrat arribar a les 19h ens van dir que no tenien servei a les habitacins i ens vam trobar amb una habitació lamentable amb una finestreta a quasi 2m d'alçada que es ven com "vistes al riu"... ostres! sí! si fas 2,10m d'alçada! Si no, tens vistes a un trosset (petit, petit!) de cel. A més a més, i malgrat dir que anava amb el meu marit i que era la nostra lluna de mel, ens van ubicar una habitació amb doble llit! (sabíen que era la nostra lluna de mel, ens van deixar cava i tot, per celebrar-ho, però en llits separats) potser no els va agradar que dos nois es casessin? Ens van canviar d'habitació i, tot i que la segona sí que tenia una finestra de mides raonables (que no grans, sota cap estàndard) vam continuar amb una habitació amb llits separats... quin dilema! A part d'aquest detall, la ubicació de l'aparcament és a uns 10 minuts caminant, no tenen servei de vallet pàrquing i cobren uns 25€/nit per aparcar. Crec que l'edifici és preciós però també crec que aquest concepte d'hotel que omple un espai històric d'habitacions MOLT PETITES i que cobra més de 500€/nit és exageradament injust. No vam trobar el que buscàvem. La concha NO està a prop sota cap concepte.
