W sumie to niewiele.
Booking dal nam wspaniala znizke na sniadania, wiec roznica miedzy golasem a pokojem ze sniadaniami wyniosla ok 100 batow, za 3 doby za 2 osoby.
Sniadania smaczne, glownie kuchnia tajska, plus bar salatkowy, owoce.
Mi smakowalo, choc czy kupilabym za standaedowa cene, nie wiem.
Pokoj czysty, lazienka tez, ale zaden to 5* standard
No i przyjemny, chlodny basen na dachu z niezlym widokiem.
Tu niestety lista dosc dluga.
1. Pokoj bez opcji wczeaniejszego check in (nawet platnego) mimo ze juz po main sezon, no ale trudno. To dobra wola hotelu, nie musza sie zgadzac.
2. Do pokoju jak i calego kompleksu nie ma wejscia z recepcji, trzeba wyjsc i wejsc przez furtke do kompleksu mieszkalnego. Troche uciazliwe z walizkami.
3. Pokoj z widokiem na parking
4. Hotel niby nowy, a juz widac pewne niedociagniecia np odpadajace ramki gniazdek.
5. Pokoj ma aneks kuchenny tj zlewozmywak, ale nie ma np zadnego kubka, o desce do krojenia czy talerzu nie wspomne, a miloby bylo zjesc owoce w pokoju.
6. Room service porazka. Frytki zimne, hamburger ledwo cieply, ryz rowniez. Zupa tom yum akceptowalna i w smaku i w temperaturze
7. Poniewaz hotel ma duzy kompleks basenow wraz z parkiem wodnym dla dzieci, basen na dachu z przeznaczeniem jest dla doroslych (tak w regulaminie napisane) niestety goscie nie przestrzegaja, a pan z pool baru nie ma ochoty zwracac uwagi/wypraszac gosci z dziecmi.
Na cisze i spokojne plywanie nie ma co liczyc, na posiedzenie przy basenie tez srednio, bo tylko,kilka lezakow i to slabo ustawionych wzgledem parasoli. W efekcie nie ma jak uzyskac cienia dla wiekszosci z nich.
8. Sniadania mocno zatloczone nawet rano i z klima robiaca lodowke z restauracji (na szczescie kilka stolilow rowniez na zewnatrz) ale smaczne i dzieki bookingowi w rewelacyjnej cenie.
Biorac pod uwage to wszystko raczej nie wrocimy.
Der Service war 1a, alles sauber, tolles Essen, der Kinderpool war das Highlight für unseren Sohn.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
Manchmal gab es Verständigungsprobleme, aber es ließ sich alles klären.
Nice swimming pool
I usually love staying at Wyndham hotels in other countries, but this experience was honestly shocking and became one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.
From the first night, staff behaved extremely unprofessionally. I arrived alone around 2 AM and realized I accidentally booked starting from the next day. We were fully ready to pay extra or change the booking, but instead of helping calmly, staff acted rude, laughed while speaking in their language and asked strange personal questions about my boyfriend. Yes, my boyfriend emotionally said “WTF” on the phone — because I was alone at night in another country and nobody from staff was helping at all. Instead of solving the situation professionally, they even called security on me. I am a 55 kg woman traveling alone. Completely unacceptable behavior for a “5-star” hotel.
Later we requested many times to move specifically to a room WITH A BATHTUB. Instead, they moved me to the furthest building in the hotel into a so-called “pool upgrade” room while bathtub rooms were still available online. It honestly felt less like an upgrade and more like they just wanted to move me away from reception.
The “Deluxe” room was terrible:
* strong humidity and mold smell
* noisy AC
* uncomfortable bed, pillows and sofa
* damaged furniture and very cheap worn-out interior
* dirty sofa with stains
* old gray towels that never felt fresh or clean
* barely warm water in the shower
* broken wardrobe light that stayed on all night
* poor cleaning overall
The room looked more like a tired 3-star hotel, not a Wyndham 5-star property.
The worst moment was when staff ENTERED MY ROOM while I was taking a shower. The “Do Not Disturb” system clearly does not work properly here.
There was also a planned electricity outage for several hours, and guests were informed only the same morning.
Staff never truly try to solve problems. Every request takes forever and nobody seems interested in guests’ comfort or rest.
I came here for mental recovery and peaceful relaxation, but left feeling even more stressed and emotionally exhausted.
I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. If you want a good stay in Rawai, there are many much better hotels nearby.

Good food, clean room
In the room is a card, saying to leave on bed if you want the sheets changed. Another card in the room reads opposite. Sheets were changed every day regardless of whether I left the card on the bed. Result, the room was clean, but missing the environmental point.
Ontbijt was goed, uiteraard met lekkere fruit en Thaise warme gerechten. Dit hotel was relatief groot en de eetzaal ook. Nadeel was dat je daardoor minder persoonlijke aandacht kreeg van het personeel. Bij ons vorige hotel was het kleinschaliger en je kreeg meer aandacht van het personeel. Hier was het vrij massaal. Er waren veel zwembaden en die waren maximaal 1,25 m diep. Goed genoeg om te zwemmen als je niet heel lang bent tenminste. Verder was er een mooie gym met genoeg apparaten. Kortom een fijn hotel.
Bij Rawai Beach zijn er veel boot services. Je kunt hier niet zwemmen, maar wel een boot huren naar de eilanden om daar te snorkelen.
De indeling van de kamer is niet handig. Kledingkast inclusief kluisje zit in de douche en toilet wat niet zo handig is. En er zijn keukenkastjes, maar die zijn niet nodig. We koken niet daar en er is ook geen kookplaat, stel dat je wil koken. Ik heb liever een lange tafel of een bureau en een zitbankje. Verder was de airco heel lawaaiig.
