La ubicación es buena, queda cercas del palacio de bellas artes, como a 10 min, caminado, también se encuentra cercas de estaciones de tren y metro bus, el desayuno es un buffet, aunque no esté muy variado
El personal es muy amable y te atiende muy bien, las habitaciones están muy limpias, y te atiende muy bien

Será mi mala suerte, pero no había chef para en la tarde en esa semana que fui, y luego en la noche llegue con comida y les pedí que si podía usar el horno, y me dijiero que no por que la cocina ya estába cerras, talvez es por que ya era tarde (11 o 12 pm) pero yo me hospede ahí por que fui a un concierto, y como no había chef me preveni pero que me digan eso ??
Deberían dejar calentar comida en la noche, por que varía gente que va a la cuidad y regresa tarde y a esas hora ya no hay chef

la ubicación si bien esta cerca a muchos lugares , da sensación de inseguridad. Las habitaciones no tienen caneca, el servicio de televisión es de difícil uso . el personal fue poco amable. no es un lugar adecuado para ir con bebes, no tienen camas auxiliares , ni cunas , el menu del desayuno no varia , entonces para varios días cansa.
