El personal muy amable y empático, las Instalaciones limpias y cómodas, un paisaje excepcional.
Extremely well-kept, tranquil location with kind staff. Loved the small boutique feel. Just a few minutes from the town by car. The view of the hills and greenery all around was lovely.
It was nice to have a restaurant on the property, but it wasn’t really anything special. Not terrible or overpriced either, but could be improved.

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y hace demasiado calor. Tiene ventiladores, pero no es suficiente.
Las habitaciones son verdaderamente amplias, cómodas, limpias y bien decoradas, el baño es espacioso, la cama es muy cómoda. El personal es sumamente amable y el desayuno, delicioso.
No tengo absolutamente nada negativo que decir sobre este hotel. Altamente recomendable.
Esta bien el lugar, es pequeño y agradable, solo que si te toca que vaya un grupo de amigos que hayan rentado las demás casitas, se siente que se adueñan del espacio y puede ser de flojera escuchar su fiesta...

Es un lugar hermosísimo y la gente muy servicial, encantadora. No habían anunciado lo de la cocineta ni del desayuno incluido. El desayuno riquísimo. La ubicación muy conveniente. Muy cómodo. La alberca temperatura perfecta. Muy sencillo el registro. Un lugar de mucha paz. Muy buen mantenimiento. Estuvimos felices.
El sofá-cama no era muy cómodo y las almohadas podrían estar un poco mejor.
La alberca y el jardín, las habitaciones y el servicio de restaurante.
Está bastante alejado del centro de Malinalco y hay que planear muy bien la estancia para una vez en el hotel ya no salir.

The in-house restaurant was great. Quick service and the included breakfast had more than enough choices and variety. The rooms are designed in a way that shows a dedication to guest needs. The location is great in that it is in a quiet section of town, and the grounds are beautiful.
A small amount of noise may come in from the neighboring room.
