Our restaurant and bar are currently closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience. A range of dining options are available nearby.

Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.

Pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.

A surcharge of £25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

For any checkin post 10 pm, it is mandatory to contact the hotel pro-actively to check if late checkin is available. This is whole sole consent of the property if they will be in a position to entertain the late check-inPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Excellent stay.
Pros:

Perfect location for stop off on the way to Cornwall!
Due to unforeseen circumstances I was arriving late and this was no problem my key card was left out for me on reception.

The restaurant and bar was closed, doors didn’t lock, no nets only curtains and it was on a main road, general all poor. It was a totally run down.

Erica is a gem! Nice pleasant stay
Pros:

We met Erica when we arrived around 10am in the morning, we knew our room was not available until 3pm, but wanted to drop our bags off, so that we could go adventuring. Erica let us in with a friendly smile and checked us in, she then told us that she could let us have our room there and then, she wnet out of her way to show us the room, how the air con worked and asked if we wanted anything else. She was a gem! Room was spotless and the bed was comfy, perfect l;ocation for the airport and free parking

1 night stay
Pros:

Our room was lovely and spacious. We had an air con unit which was fab with the heat wave we've just had. Huge and incredibly comfortable bed. Great room. The lady on reception was lovely and keen to make our stay as good as could be, very friendly.

Cons:

Looked closed from the outside, not well maintained on the outside at all. Was aware the restaurant and bar were shut, hopefully they re-open this in the future. Would have been nice to have some biscuits and bottled water offered with the tea tray in the room. Bathroom was big but dated, needed a little TLC.

Pros:

Brilliant hotel aircon unit in room very modern being done up at moment so no bar or restaurant but plenty of restaurants , pubs around but rooms as a base are excellent
