Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.
Pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.
A surcharge of £25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

Able to use neighbouring restaurant for full meal if required and good main road links south of Exeter
Served its purpose as a place to crash whilst passing through region.
The message came in after booking that the place was being refurbished and so no bar / restaurant or reception staff.
Shower a little quirky with need for a few extra screw fixings.

Convenient location 10 minutes drive from the Quays. Easy check in, good size room with AC.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and met all our needs. 'Erica' was easy to get along with.
We were in a top room with a very small window, fortunately there was an 'mobile air condition unit' which helped on very hot days and nights. Would have like a table spoon rather than the sticks when making tea. I believe the hotel could do with some updating.

The renewal of internal areas seems to be going well.
The noise through the night from furniture moving, doors banging at 03.00 to the traffic outside rendered us more tired than when we arrived.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The man on reception carried my case up to my room.
The floor boards in the room were damaged and my son hurt his foot, there was a rug down but because it was in the doorway to the bathroom it didn’t cover it.
The air con unit was a god send but when we went to sleep we had to turn it off due to the noise of it.
Unfortunately no bar or restaurant facilities. If these were available it would have scored higher.

Nice clean en-suite rooms. Comfortable bed. Fan and air conditioning unit in room. Tea and coffee making in room. Free parking.Staff member was very helpful and pleasant on arrival.
Pity there was no bar or breakfast but we were well aware of this when we booked. Right beside the main road but traffic noise wasn’t an issue overnight for us.
