Highly recommended to explore Kyoto
Pros:

New and modern design, location was ideal for us - fairly close to train station, river, gion and restaurants and public transportation around the corner, Nespresso machine was a life saver for my wife and tabs were freshly stocked each morning, great bed - we slept extremely good, best shower in Japan and most futuristic toilet. Staff was above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. There were free umbrellas for use which was convenient as it rained the first two days nonstop.

Kids had their own room and really enjoyed it. Also great value for money. So far our favorite accommodation in 3 weeks Japan.

Cons:

There was no TV which was actually no problem as we usually don’t use TV during our vacation and we were aware before but if you expect then might be a negative point.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Rien à dire !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner salé, les sandwichs étaient bons mais le petit déjeuner est peu varié et les enfants et moi avons eu des difficultés à manger un sandwich ou un croque monsieur avec notre jus d'orange dès le réveil.

Very good value for money. It was a 10 min walk to Kyoto station, fairly convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. They provided beautiful sandwiches and a snack, juice/coffee/tea for breakfast daily. Staff were so friendly and helpful

Grande chambre pour le Japon avec tous les équipements, y compris une cafetière Nespresso et capsules. Lits confortables et personnel hyper attentionné et aimable. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Cons:

L’ajustement de l’eau chaude dans la douche était un peu capricieux, mais très bonne pression d’eau par contre.
