Good for a short stay :)
Pros:

Early check-in was possible for a small fee – a plus for us. Close to the metro. Very clean. Security – you could only use the elevator to your own and public floors. Luggage storage was available after check-out.

Cons:

Very unstable internet. Keep in mind that the room is tiny.

シャワーと浴槽が別だった。
ご飯は品数はすくなかったけど、スタッフの方々がよかった

Cons:

グラスを毎日交換してほしかったのに、4日目は変えてもらえず、オムツはすてられてなかった

Pros:

Great locatiin, very close to metro station and there are lots of konbini around. Very nice new bathroom. The room is small but has everything there, i felt comfortable as a solo traveler.

Marvellous Location, Although the Maintenance Could Be Improved
Pros:

The location is excellent - minutes from Tsukiji fish market, and very easily traversable in terms of Ginza and metro/train-travel. The staff were also lovely.

Cons:

The room was quite small (even for Tokyo), and was slightly more dinghy than I remembered, as I have stayed at this hotel previously. The cleanliness was not quite up to par, and the manner in which the facility operates its cleaning rota - from memory, every 4 days unless you explicitly request otherwise - is not quite up-to-snuff in comparison with other hotels in the area. Finally, unless you are taking a taxi, it is worth keeping in mind that you will likely be traveling to the hotel via metro, which means that you will be bringing your bags up stairs rather than using an escalator or elevator - so be prepared!

Pros:

Niezła lokalizacja. Pomocny, miły i posługujący się angielskim personel. Niska cena.

Cons:

Bardzo ciasny pokój, otwarcie walizki wymaga fikołków. Warto nadmienić, ze domyślnie hotel nie oferuje sprzątania pokoju - są wymieniane ręczniki i zbierane śmieci, ale o sprzątanie pokoju i wymianę pościeli trzeba specjalnie prosić recepcję, jest to zdecydowanie uciążliwe. U nas przy wymianie ręczników zostały one rzucone na brudna walizkę, zamiast do przeznaczonego do tego kosza. Dodatkowo pokój jest też dosyć duszny (pewnie przez mikroskopijny rozmiar), otwarcie okna tworzy przeciąg i ciągnie powietrze z korytarza zamiast z zewnątrz, więc klimatyzacja musi chodzić cały czas, bo innego sposobu na przewietrzenie nie ma.
