Pros:

Great stay comfy rooms

Cons:

Had other guests staying on other floors and couldn’t use key card to get to their rooms ? very confusing. Also reception ensure that you return all room keys - wouldn’t let me go without ? Never had that before at a hotel?

Tight if you have a lot of luggage but we'll worth the stay
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Just a short walk from subway stations and major shopping areas, but the immediate hotel area was very quiet. Very clean and modern facilities, café and laundry on site, overall a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Room is very small, which is what you would expect when staying in Tokyo, but do wish there was a little bit more room to store luggage and open suitcases.

Small, but clean and comfy.
Pros:

The room is Tokyo-small, but manageable for two. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and you can make the room super dark, even during the day. We appreciated how clean everything was and the helpful staff.

Cons:

For Japanese standards, there weren't many amenities available in the room (if you need something, you must ask at the reception). The location was a bit disappointing. I thought the proximity to the market would mean that the place is lively, but it was not the case. Especially at night, it was quite dead.

銀座、築地ちかくの閑静な宿泊
Pros:

日比谷線の東銀座駅が近く、銀座や築地まで歩いて行けるのが便利でした。東京駅も徒歩30分圏内なので、帰宅時にも都合がよかったです。朝食は築地でとることもできました。今回の出張は日本橋と銀座がメインだったため、立地の良さが大変ありがたかったです。

Cons:

携帯の充電器が部屋にありませんでした。

Pros:

Fantastic location, so close to different metro lines and bus stops, also very close to convenient stores, and also close to the main Ginza shopping area. The room, even though small, was cozy, practical and quiet.

Cons:

Only 2 washing machines. One day I wanted to wash my clothes and they were occupied, and every time I went down to try again I missed the chance. It is important to go down early in the morning to get the opportunity to use one.

Pros:

It was such an amazing experience for me, fact that you can have a late checkout for ¥1000 was great. Perfect location between 3 stations, neat rooms & housekeeping was on the job too, will definitely stay again when I’m back in Tokyo.
