Very convenient to UF Health /Shan's. Your pleasant staff and valet and shuttle service to the facilities at UF Shan's has you covered. Restaurant was enjoyable, housekeeping exceptional.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were welcoming, well organized, and well kept. I did regret that the showers lacked safety handles.

First time at this location. Chosen due to location to Shands for visiting family in cancer center. Valet staff were excellent. Check in was very accommodating offering a nice view. Room was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds. Housekeeping however didn't clean our room or remove trash during our stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. Valet even offered to transport us across parking lot on golf cart.They were polite, very helpful, & respectful. This property is reminiscent of Disney properties in quality & hospitality.

The hotel was very clean. No noise from people passing in the hallway could be heard. The beds were very comfortable. They also provided a shuttle to the hospital, and then after my surgery, back to the hotel. Very friendly staff members. I will stay there again if I am in Gainsville.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay During a Difficult Time

We recently stayed at Hotel Eleo while our dog was receiving care at UF Small Animal Hospital, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A special thank you to Antwon, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. What started as a stressful and emotional trip was made so much easier because of his kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for our well-being. We ended up needing to extend our stay, and Antwon made sure we were always taken care of every step of the way.

Every interaction with him was professional, thoughtful, and welcoming. He consistently went out of his way to help, answer questions, and ensure we were comfortable during a very challenging time. His level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition.

The entire staff at Hotel Eleo was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, but Antwon’s compassion for people truly stands out. He is making a real difference in the workplace and in the lives of the guests he serves.

Thank you, Antwon, and thank you to everyone at Hotel Eleo for your hospitality. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely stay here again when we return to Gainesville.

Bad smell, was not addressed.

Second time we stayed there. Staff is great, valet guys are so friendly and easy to work with. Restaurant has good options and food. Location is convenient and ambience is great!
