Location is great and the hotel is modern and beautifully styled. Staff were fantastic. 24hr reception is great. Rooftop bar and pool.
Aircondironing was frustrating - it turns on and off via a sensor. Halfway through the night I woke up and it was hot in the room as it had turned off.
It takes 20-30 minutes to kick in so if you have left your room and come back the room is hot and stuffy till it gets going - this wouldn’t be pleasant in Brisbane summer.
Location was amazing
Comfortable room, great bed, and strong shower pressure.
Charged A$120.75 for minibar items after checkout, despite no pricing being displayed or accessible anywhere in the room. We checked the fridge and its surrounds, the coffee station and the desk and found no price list, so assumed the items were complimentary. The hotel declined to reverse the charge, saying prices were on a printed card and the in-room TV. We did not see a card, and no guest checks a TV menu before a snack. IHG guest relations said they could not override the hotel. Advice to others: look for a minibar price list on arrival and photograph the area, or you may be charged without knowing the cost.
Staff were fantastic. Unfortunately as the restaurant was an independent and not part of the chain, it didn't capitalise on the captive audience of the hotels occupants. Rather it seemed to be disinterested. However, the location of the hotel meant that there was alot of competition and other better options. The hotel itself was fabulous and we will stay again.

Great location, quiet room with a well stocked mini bar and comfortable bed. The rooftop pool is lovely.
Cleanliness - unfortunately housekeeping cleaned my glassware in the bathroom rather than replacing it fresh, which is just not acceptable.
Very clean and tidy room
I paid a premium with carpark and breakfast for a top room which had no view of the city lights as per my booking. I should have paid for a standard room. That’s the only down fall and most likely won’t stay there again due to spending $700 for no view room
Very clean and modern with good size rooms and facilities. The roof top bat and pool area are stunning with amazing views, the restaurant for breakfast was great to.
The extractor fan in the bathrooms switch on and off all night, which unfortunately for me, as a light sleeper struggled to sleep, but also may have just not know how to switch it off.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walking distance to many of Brisbane's amenities.

The hotel is starting to show some signs of aging, example, the electric curtains were broken, the shower head was sub-par with calcium build up. The black tapware is worn and dates.

I felt sadness because of the Music from the top roof for a function in the hotel was so loud this distrub my sleep because of this I didn't sleep well at all made me feel untested and exhausted. I need good rest from brain surgery.
