In a great central location
No matter the time of day I regularly had to have a cold shower because the hot water would stop working. This is a continued issue I’ve since seen reported elsewhere with nothing done to fix it. The balcony rooms on level 1 don’t have adequate sound proofing and the street noise is constant

Heavy metal bathroom doors with noisy hinges. Need to keep them open to avoid loud clunking noise. Peeling paint on handles and bathroom accessories
My family had a lovely weekend stay and very much enjoyed the hotel, the rooftop, and its fantastic location.

Great location close to services for example ferries, eatery, bus etc
Housekeeping should have automatically topped up tea coffee and milk each day. That was missed and we stayed 3 nights
Location and rooms very good, very clean and had everything you need.
Water pressure and water temperature in the shower were awful. It ranged from cold, to burning hot and did not have consistent pressure. One thing I look for in a hotel is a great shower.

Location is great and the hotel is modern and beautifully styled. Staff were fantastic. 24hr reception is great. Rooftop bar and pool.
Aircondironing was frustrating - it turns on and off via a sensor. Halfway through the night I woke up and it was hot in the room as it had turned off.
It takes 20-30 minutes to kick in so if you have left your room and come back the room is hot and stuffy till it gets going - this wouldn’t be pleasant in Brisbane summer.
