The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise coming on every 45 minutes or so.
You could hear the traffic noise in the room.
Breakfast was good, and location was good with stores located close in the area for convenience

The Manager, Ashley Cousins, is very rude and lacks professionalism. I requested to speak to her about the bad experience I had when I called the hotel the night before to verify my stay. I was not in their system. I called booking.com so the issue was resolved. The next day when I arrived, my room was not ready. Check in at 3pm. So I arrived a 3:30 and still I had to wait. I requested to speak to the manager and she didn’t want to come out. So I said excuse me I still would like to your manager. She came out with her hands in her pockets with a nasty attitude like I’m bothering her. Then she also asked me if I wanted to cancel. That is not what I was saying. Did not apologize and wanted me to sign a discrepancy form for $50 dollar and turned around and walked away. Very rude. Bad for business.

Safe area
Pool ladder was broken and my toddler was almost seriously injured. Faucet in bathroom was broken as was the blinds so you couldn’t roll them up or down.
Gentleman who check us in was awesome very pleasant. He’s a keeper
