Very clean very welcoming and extremely helpful.
Can’t say there was anything I’d say was disliked.
Incredible service from the staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Valet service for the car and bags quickly taken to our room, a super warm welcome from the reception team and concierge - Fanny was amazing and so helpful during our stay. We travelled with our dog and they gave us everything we might need for him, including biscuits and water when we left. We were here for our honeymoon and our room was beautiful and they had set up champagne and cakes for us to enjoy. Location was brilliant too with a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We also used the spa during our stay - spa was just as beautiful as the hotel, nice and quiet and had plenty of services/amenities to enjoy. We also managed to eat at the rooftop restaurant/bar Bella - again the service was brilliant and Luigi was super attentive & made sure we had anything we needed, great views from here while you eat/have a drink and also great music. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Cannes.
