Excellent staff customer service, large modern room, I was upgraded to a suite. Really nice roof top pool and gym, very close walking distance to George Town. Good value.

Le p'tit déjeuner malgré qu il manque de choix a certains moments mais le personnel en rajoute si on demande
Le lit un peu trop souple et le dispenseur d eau qui joue de la musique dès que chaque voyageur a besoin d eau. PBM signalé mis éviter une chambre a proximité tant que le PBM n est pas réglé

Lage ein bisschen abseits, dafür aber sehr ruhig; tolle Aussicht in den oberen Etagen; sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer; sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; vielseitiges Frühstücksbüffet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Eine Steckdose im Badezimmer für den Fön wäre optimal.

Très bon emplacement, hôtel très confortable. Nous avions une chambre au 18eme étage avec une vue magnifique. La piscine tout en haut est incroyable et la vue époustouflante. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.

A very clean and well maintained room with a great bathroom with good showers. A great room to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. I felt very safe
Breakfast buffet could have been more interesting
It was quite disappointing to experience the check-in process at what is rated as a 4-star hotel. We arrived over the weekend, and from what we observed, there appeared to be only one staff member handling the check-in counter. The queue became quite long, and at the same time, he was also answering room service calls. It was clear he was doing his best under a very demanding situation. I don’t blame the staff member at all—it seemed like he was simply left to manage everything on his own.
Another disappointing experience was the Wi-Fi. The connection in our room was too weak to watch a live match. We then went to the meeting room, where the hotel was showing the same live match, hoping the connection would be better, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi there was just as weak.
I’m sorry to leave a review like this, but based on my stay, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations of a 4-star hotel. Having stayed at other nearby 4-star hotels, the difference in service and overall experience was quite noticeable.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for family time. Specially thanks a lot staff Jamil. He is taking care our room nicely and he is very helpful, also nicely talking 😊. I definitely will come back again. Location and others service overall was good.
The poolside area has a beautiful view and is very relaxing.
It would have been nice if the desk in the room were a little bigger.
