Good size room, large bed, large bathroom. Has filter water available, good views.
Ground floor reception doesn’t know anything, first day cleaner was not good.

Housekeeping and maintenance staff were excellent and efficient.
NO PARKING FOR BIG 7-seater CAR! The automated garage also has very limited space for normal-sized cars.
Reception staff initially reassured they will assist but ended up telling us to look for our own parking by the roadside!! Really disappointed and upset with the Level 1 "security" people and male reception staff who said that. There were a few parking lots the hotel had leased but they REFUSED to let us have it, and those lots were empty in the late night and early morning. I was not even asking for a reserved parking space, but just to use the available ones on first-come-first-served basis. Despite the "no reservation" policy, the hotel seems to be doing "side reservations", which is really unfair.
On the last night, we parked in an empty space next to the hotel and the security pasted a "no parking, private space!" notification on the windscreen. Later, they opened a gate and gave us a spot inside. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE EARLIER so we need not feel anxious every night searching for parking!
Pool is really tiny, with about 7 - 8 resting chairs only.

Top locatie, dicht in de buurt van allerlei bezienswaardigheden en eettentjes. Super vriendelijk personeel. We mochten zelf kiezen welk uitzicht we voor onze kamer wilde. Ruime kamer en een super fijn bed. Ook van het zwembad hebben we goed kunnen genieten. We vonden het echt jammer toen we moesten uitchecken om door te reizen.
De douchekop was in onze kamer wel aan vernieuwing toe, deze leek een beetje uit elkaar te vallen. Gelukkig kwam er wel gewoon een goede straal uit. Tot slot mag de airco in de Gym wel iets harder koelen, maar ook dat was nog prima te doen.
Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Hôtel moderne, piscine en rooftop avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la ville. Parking gratuit pour notre voiture de location. Délicieux petit-déjeuner. A dix minutes à pied du centre. On a adoré Penang et notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

The location is very good.
Upon check in on 7 May, the reception lady put us in room 909. That room was so contaminated with cigarette smoke small and possibly other allergens which made us sneeze and cough with running nose and teary eyes.
When we asked to change to a different room the next day, the reception man told us right away that the 9th floor had smoking issues so he moved us to room 1110 which was was better.
You should have cleaned room 909 thoroughly before you sell it again because it can be a health hazard.
Ironically, the first reception lady who checked us in remarked that room 909 was a very nice room as if she was doing us a favour assigning that room to us.
