AVOID AT ALL COSTS – THE WORST RENTAL EVER
This is not a hotel room; it is a former street-level shop with metal doors and a glass wall facing the sidewalk, which was intentionally hidden in the listing.
There is zero soundproofing. You hear absolutely everything—every single conversation and passing car. Even with earplugs, sleep is completely impossible until 2 AM. Then, at 5 AM, street cleaners and garbage trucks arrive. It gets even worse: during the street cleaning, water poured into the room from the street under the metal doors. I had to shove a towel under the door just to stop the flooding.
The place is absolutely filthy. The dirt isn't even hidden- they are just too lazy to clean, and the cabinets are covered in grime. It's scary to even check the bed. The bathroom is completely falling apart: the shower cabin is glued together and won't close, and the faucet is literally falling off.
I paid 100 EUR for this trash. There is absolutely no difference between sleeping on the street and sleeping in this "room," except on the street, I would have saved my 100 EUR. When I reported the uninhabitable conditions and flooding, the property completely ignored the issue - no refund at all.
This is the worst rental of my entire life. You cannot sleep here at all unless you are completely deaf. Notice how the genuine recent reviews reflect my exact nightmare, while the sudden flood of 5-star Google reviews (posted at the same time with identical fake content) are clearly friends trying to save this pathetic, embarrassing excuse for an accommodation. Do yourself a favor and sleep literally anywhere else.

To start, the pictures are nothing like what I stayed. What scared me the most is that the entry door of the room is right next to the sidewalk and the road, with a single and simple lock, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The bathroom extractor sounded like a tractor, the air conditioner also had a noisy sound. The bathroom is not in good conditions. As soon as it is 6am you start listening to every vehicle that passes by, I couldn’t sleep for the whole night, first because I was scared and second because of the noise. Worst stay. I will report it and ask my money back.

Cons:

Decor / black & dark in the bathroom.
Zero view.
*Psyrri - is a vibrant tourist area, with a gritty edge. Advise people to study it this neighborhood vibe is good for them. We enjoyed it for a few days.
Was a little nervous with full keyless entry and limited times with any staff on premises. Someone was careless closing the main entry door one day. But no troubles .

Há uma loja próxima que mantém música alta até altas horas da noite. Aos finais de semana é pior. O quarto não tem uma cadeira minimamente confortável, além de não ter um móvel onde dê para usar um laptop.

La ubicación, estupenda.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia: con mucho polvo, papeleras con cosas de otros huéspedes y encontramos algun pelo entre las sábanas. Además, las cortinas estaban fuera del carril, lo que hacía que entrase mucha luz.

Find something else, not worth it
Pros:

Location seemed ok online, check in was simple and autonomous, however the room was on street level and inside what previously was a shop, with glass windows that had not been repurposed into walls but, meaning that there was no sound isolation whatsoever.

Cons:

Property was not clean. Marked on booking as a hotel but it’s more of an Airbnb. The specific room I got was an addition of what initially was the hotel: they probably bought whatever shop was beneath it and repurposed it into a few additional rooms, however they maintained the outside windows and only build paper thin walls inside for some privacy, therefore there was no sound isolation whatsoever.

Pros:

המיקום היה סביר , הכניסה לחדר , הייתה בעזרת קודים והייתה סיוט שלקח שעתיים להיכנס , דיברנו עם בוקינג והמוקדים שניסו לעזור ללא הצלחה , בסוף המערכת נתנה לנו חדר אחר ורק בבוקר בעזרת העובד של המקום הצלחנו להוציא תיקים שנתקעו בחדר מספר 1 , אנו מאוכזבים מהמקום ומצפים לפיצוי

יש למצוא דרך להיכנס לחדרים ,ללא הכנסת קודים , שהרישום ארוך והוא ולא מוצלח וכל פעם מחדש , פשוט סיוט !
