I wouldn’t be going there again
Pros:

Location was a walking distance to all attractions, shuttle bus service was easy to arrange and reliable. Staff were nice and welcoming

Cons:

The pillows were so uncomfortable that i almost didn’t get any sleep for the entire stay. We were only provided one key to the room even though we’re two travellers. The shops in the street played loud music until past midnight making it even more challenging to get any sleep. I’m disappointed because i asked the hotel long time before our stay if our room was facing the street which they said is not, but apparently it was

החדר היה נקי, הצוות היה מאוד אדיב, עזרו לנו, נתנו לנו הנחיות כשהגענו מאוחר והתייחסו אלינו מאוד יפה!

Cons:

הטיסה בחזור הייתה מאוחר, לא הייתה אפשרות להאריך את החדר, ולכן היינו בלובי המלון, הלובי מאוד קטן, ולאחר השעה 17:00, אין פקידי קבלה במלון, מה שלא מאפשר שמירת חפצים כמו שצריך כמו בבתי מלון אחרים.

כלל השירות והכל היה טוב, היה קשה שאין נציג בקבלה אחרי השעה 17:00, להשיג אותם היה רק דרך וואטסאפ שבהתחלה לא עבד.
בנוסף הייתה חנו בעיה במזגן, ומכיוון שלא היה מישהו בקבלה אחרי 17:00, לא הייתה אפשרות לטפל בבעיה.
