Junto a la estación kintetsu
Pros:

La ubicación. Pegado a la estación. 2 minutos caminando. Habitación amplia y cómoda

Pros:

チェクインは執事様にお願いしましたが
せっかくのイケボが音声小さくて私には聞き取れませんでした。
チェックアウト時の恐竜さんに見送られるのは嬉しかったです

Cons:

3名で宿泊したのでツインプラスソファベッドでした
このソファベッドが私には寝心地悪くずっと背中が痛かったです。
ベッドで寝ていた家族は気持ちいい寝心地と話してました。
イスが片付けられており、食事はベッドに座って、
仕事もベッドの上でしてました。
小さな丸テーブルでは足りませんでした。
頼めばよかったのかな？
居心地はイマイチな気がします

ランドリーワゴンがなかった、コインランドリーが少ない、電子レンジが少ない、部屋の掃除を頼んだのに枕にカメムシがいたし掃除機をかけた様子が見られなかった

コンセプトルームが多い
Pros:

可愛い部屋でした。
無人で慣れない事は（自分が）ありましたが、電話などでの対応は満足でした。
自分が友人とお喋りしすぎて、楽しみにしていたVR体験が出来なくて残念。

Cons:

せっかく洗面器が付いているのに、洗面台？的なものがないのは残念でした。
髪の毛を入れる使い捨ての三角コーナーみたいな物が有れば最高だと思います。
せっかくの鹿のぬいぐるみが、仕方ないとはいえ宿泊者の皆さんに触りまくられてくたびれていて、かわいそうだった。

奈良観光にはここがお勧め
Pros:

近鉄奈良駅からとても近く、隣にはコンビニもあり大変便利。少し歩けば三条通りで、ディナーも完璧。
チェックインは無人。ロッカーも宿泊客は無料。
コインランドリー、自販機も完備で、ランドリーは現在使用中か室内のテレビで確認できます。
室内も快適でした。

Cons:

チェックイン時間ジャストに入ったので混み合いました。自動受付で手間取る海外の方が多かったかも。（多分英語圏じゃなかった）
あとは特に問題なし！素晴らしいホテルです。
