Great Stay!
Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout the stay. We felt safe in this hotel, breakfast was great, and they have gluten-free bread if asked for. Would stay here again. Thanks.

kohtuuhintainen majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Tilava, moderni huone ja mahtavan kokoinen sänky. Matkatavarasäilytys ja tilava yleinen wc siistiytymiseen helpottivat iltalähtijää. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde, helppo kulkuyhteys Manhattanille. Myös JFK:lle pääsi sujuvasti julkisilla.

Cons:

Sängyn alta ei oltu imuroitu aikoihin pölystä päätellen. Lisäksi löytyi silmälasit ja pari lelua eli ei oltu edes vilkaistu sinne. Vohveleita ei saanut kumpanakaan aamuna rikkinäisen laitteen takia. Kaipasin myös kasviksia aamiaisella. Kuntosalin valoautomatiikka ei toimi, jos tekee pidempään crosstrainerilla, valot sammuvat.
Matkalaukun avaaminen matkatavaratasolla oli hankalaa jättimäisen television alla/edessä.

Wonderful hotel I always like staying at Holiday Inn expresses
Pros:

Everything was wonderful, the manager upgraded my room because I had a situation on arrival with the room i booked to a suite and it was wonderful. Very comfortable bed and clean kitchen and living room room Bathroom.

Cons:

Location is a little sketchy, but it’s fine. There’s a supermarket and good transportation.

Good price and comfortable bed, but poor breakfast and noisy street-facing room
Pros:

* There was a possibility to refill drinking water bottles.
* The beds were comfortable.
* The room was generally clean, and the bed linen appeared to be clean as well.

Cons:

Breakfast quality was very poor:

* The “scrambled eggs” did not seem to be made from real eggs, and the sausages also looked like very low-quality processed food.
* The toaster broke during our stay — one day it was literally turned upside down because it was out of order.
* If you came 30–40 minutes before breakfast ended, many items were already gone (for example yogurt, cinnamon rolls, and bananas — usually only apples were left).
* The only spreads for toast were chocolate cream and Philadelphia cheese.
* There was a pancake machine with syrup available.
* There was a juice machine, but some juices were often unavailable.
* The coffee machine occasionally stopped working.
* Oatmeal was available, with raisins, cereal, and nuts as toppings.

Overall, the food quality was very questionable.

Our room was facing the street:

* The window was not properly sealed.
* There is a fire station next to the hotel, so emergency vehicles sometimes arrived or left with sirens on.
* Large trucks occasionally stopped near the hotel, which caused a lot of noise in the room.

When they confined me in the cheapest room on the first floor and gave me no option to select another. That was a year ago.
