Pros:

The staff was very helpful in helping us get into our room early which was much appreciated after a red eye flight. The size of the room was great for NYC. The hotel location was convenient for attending the US Open.

Would not stay there again!
Pros:

Breakfast was Mediocre at the best! Even on weekends it shuts off at 9.30. Private parking was good but pricy!

Don’t have airport shuttle , very expensive

Cons:

The do not have shuttle to the AirPort even thought it’s clear on booking that it has. It was expensive for location and type of hotel. After we pay in booking, my husband found at Google the Same hotel and room for us$100 less

Was advertised as a property with airport shuttle- that’s why we chose it. Phoned ahead and they said yes they would pick us up. Called and put on hold for 40 minutes- they kept saying shuttle on way. Waited over an hour- then took our own uber- hotel reception not sim pathetic- says shuttle service not available sine June

no me hicieron la habitacion 2 o 3 dias. Ningun dia me dejaron las toallas para 3 personas, solo para 2. muy ruidoso el hotel en general y hacia frio con el aacc muy alto
