Great staff, updated and clean rooms, delicious breakfast of champions!
Pros:

The staff was top-notch. Very courteous and friendly. Having been stranded at LGA due to weather, it was much appreciated. The room was fabulous and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Great job!

The staff was welcoming and the room was outstanding.

Cons:

When we booked the room, we checked the website and call the hotel to verify there was a shuttle to and from for the airport. When we arrived at the airport , we learned there was no shuttle to pick us up or return us to the airport.
Once we arrived at the hotel , we were told the shuttle service had been closed at the end of June

Clean and comfortable stay with kind staff but over priced

Cons:

The price was too crazy! We had to book a night because our flight was cancelled out of LGA and one night one room 4 people was $650!!!
I don’t know if it was because of World Cup but we were in Queens, not Manhattan, and that price seems extreme😳

Pros:

Honestamente no sabia que esperar ya que el hotel esta ubicado en un area poco transitado de Queens para gente que solo fuera a pasar unos dias en Nueva York, pero realmente todo me pareceio muy limpio, ordenado, y el servicio excelente de las chicas durante el desayuno. El cuarto de fitness suficiente para poder mantenerse bien, y habia espacios suficientes como para estar fuera de la habitacion si es que uno quisiera. Todo bien.

Cons:

Creo que el precio estaba un poco alto, ya que en Europa se puede conseguir cuartos asi a un precio mas comodo, y me parecio muy mal que cobren estacionamiento en el sotano del hotel.
