Accessible to everything. Our room is connecting room it feels like condotel washer/dryer available. It was amazing for a family room bonus nice views. Excellent staff very accommodating. Bfast and dinner buffet was delicious.
Breakfast was wonderful! so many selections and spacious, they will greet you with smile and you literally can ask them anything. the 4 days i stayed there, the chef was out there greeting and checking all the food.
my first night in my first room, the airconditioned keep shutting off every hour, I thought It was programmed that way but woke up in the middle of the night sweating, asked to change room after extending and they are very helpful with it.

If you enjoy Filipino breakfast, you’ll definitely appreciate the delicious breakfast selection they serve as well.
The only downside is that their loyalty program cannot be linked or integrated with international hotel rewards programs, unlike some global hotel chains.
Very nice hotel in a lovely area of Cebu. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with so many choices. Fantastic value for money. The hotel totally exceeded our expectations.

This modern hotel gave us a pleasant experience while in Cebu City. The connected mall access and various options available nearby in IT Park made it convenient for leisure. The deluxe room was quite spacious and equipped with necessities for a short travel. Facilities and areas such as Misto restaurant and the swimming pool were kept neat and fresh to the eyes.
From the ground floor lobby to the reception area at 5th level, staff were very courteous and had welcoming smiles. The Front Desk team including Ashbelle, Maxanee and Venacel all gave a warm and inviting gesture while assisting us at check-in, and Kjiel, Joebert and the Bell Service team offered luggage assistance and genuine greetings all times. Razel and the team at Misto welcomed us every breakfast time, and Eric was superb at extending amiable service at the dining area. Fatima and the Guest Services team promptly accommodated room requests over the phone, which were promptly delivered by the Housekeeping team. At check-out, Ariel and James of the Security team made our departure smooth and wanting to come back soon.
Overall the stay at Seda Central Bloc was a relaxing, delightful, and worthwhile experience of Filipino hospitality for our family. Padayon sa inyohang service excellence sa tanan! Daghang Salamat!

Our experience at Seda was highly satisfactory. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and the location, adjacent to the mall, proved to be very convenient.

The room was good, but an overwhelming amount of phonecalls and knocks on the door from staff.
Very noisy. The lifts are a horrific experience, extremely busy, small and almost impossible to navigate with baggage. The breakfast was disappointing and the archaic dress code for men not permitted to wear a tank top is just ridiculous! No where else in the Philippines has this stupid policy, or even 5 star resorts around the world for that matter. Overall, this did not meet my expectations and based on the price per night does not represent value for money.
