The staff were extremely rude. They called me very early in the morning and woke me up just to ask whether breakfast was included, even though I had already shown them at check-in that breakfast was included and it was clearly stated in their system. This is completely unacceptable.

Waiting in breakfast line, especially weekends, i think hotel should prioritize guests vs just the walk ins for breakfast
Although the rooms were nice and comfortable, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the breakfast was not good. The dining area was especially unpleasant because of the extremely strong smell of food and people. There seemed to be no proper ventilation or air circulation at all, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. For a hotel, better staff service, food quality, and proper ventilation should be basic expectations.

Location is great, room was comfortable and good value. The breakfast was also fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
If I had to nitpick the only thing that I didn't like was there was no menu at breakfast for the drinks (mainly coffees) that are available to order that are included.
