Good value for an airport hotel with breakfast.
Pros:

Everything was clean, the rooms were large so easy to move around in with another person, the breakfast had a great deal of variety including many kinds of fruit, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Difficulty and delays with the shuttle pick-up from the airport to the hotel.

Great comfortable hotel with great staff
Pros:

All the staff were friendly throughout the stay Katherine was very welcoming. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the breakfast was a great start to the day

I have stayed here more than several times. Athough not a Hilton Hotel, but just as good for me.
Pros:

Firstly, the desk clerk, Nick, is someone who totally understands great customer service. I have stayed at the AVID several times, mostly checking in late at night. I have had the pleasure of having Nick be there when I check in. He always greets with a smile. Since I arrive late, he always asks if I need anything and makes sure if I need food, offers something like yogurt or something else. He even offers to find a delivery menu so I may order in. He sets the standard of how a guest should be treated and follows through.
Rooms are clean, bedding is good, choice of pillows, nice size shower.
Van pick up is available and the distance from Logan Airport is quite manageable, usually less than 20 moinutes.

Cons:

Small dislike was the TV didn't work, but not a big deal for me. This was the only time I experienced this happening.
There really is not a restaurant close enough to walk to, which would be something appreciated.
