Pros:

Room was a good size and comfortable. Having a microwave in the room was a big plus. They also have laundry facilities on one of the levels, but you are required to bring along your own laundry pods, which I was not aware of hence was not able to use this service.

Cons:

We stayed for about a week, but did not include breakfast. However, during our stay we wanted to try the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we were informed that we could not do so unless we had booked for this in advance for the entire stay!

Will not go back, will not use booking.com for my bookings.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

- I booked this location in error. I mean to book centre. I caught this error within a couple of hours of booking and was told that I could not cancel or change my booking. Zero flexibility, assistance, or compassion from either Booking or the property.
- The location is terrible. There is absolutely nothing in the area and it's really far from downtown or anything you want to see in Montreal.
- My view overlooked a walmart parking lot and a highway.
- They never cleaned my room once in 4 days, even after I asked.
- I was not offered the breakfast option at the time of booking. Seemed like every guest had this option except for us.

Would not stay at this hotel on the second floor or on the side with the busy highway. Unless you don’t care about sleep

Good access to the bus and metro.

Cons:

Too much noise! We were on the second floor and you could hear vehicles drag racing all night long. The second floor had the event Center and every night we were there, there was an event. It was very loud and annoying all night with music, people yelling, going up and down the hallways. They should leave the second floor for all the guests that are attending the events.
