ไม่ชอบ พนักงานบริการผู้ชายที่อยู่ส่วนของการช่วยยกกระเป๋า เดินไป "ขอความช่วยเหลือ" แต่ไม่ช่วยแค่ลากรถมาแล้วยืนอยู่เฉยๆ ตอนอยู่ที่หน้าห้อง ก็ไม่ช่วยขนไม่ช่วยยก ทั้งๆที่ขึ้นไปกับแฟนที่เป็น ผญ แค่คนเดียว เพราะผมต้องเอารถไปจอด เค้าก็ยังไม่ช่วยให้แฟนผมยกเข้าห้องเอง การบริการในการช่วยยกของ ยกสัมภาระ ห่วยมาก ไม่แน่ใจเพราะโรงแรม ให้ลูกค้าบริการตัวเองหรือปล่าว ถ้าเป็นนโยบายว่าลูกค้าต้องบริการตัวเองก็ขอโทษนะครับ อาจจะเข้าใจผิด
แต่โดยรวมทุกอย่างดีที่สุดเลยครับ ยกเว้นแค่การบริการ "ขอช่วย" ให้ยกกระเป๋าให้ เท่านั้นครับ ขอบคุณครับ
The location for was fantastic and the upgrade made the stay even more value for money. I was only there for one day which was a shame. I'll definately stay again when I have a longer holiday.
The room is very clean and the location is excellent. EV chargers were a plus.
The room is quite small but very well designed so it didn’t feel cramped. So, no complaint.
Great breakfast. Kids loved the pool and slide. Sea views.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right behind Terminal 21, just a 5-minute walk from Central Marina and about 4 minutes from the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming.
The resort is spacious and offers three swimming pools and a playground, making it a great choice for families with children.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, so there is something for everyone.
Excellent value for money – highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were excellent and everything was so clean
Ottimo hotel, pulito, moderno con una bella piscina tra il verde e il mare a due passi. Le camere standard non sono grandissime ma si sta bene. Posizionato vicino al Terminal 21. Ottima la colazione molto varia e di qualità. È la seconda volta che ci vado.
Un po' lontano dal centro di Pattaya ma proprio all'uscita c'è la fermata del tuk tuk che percorre tutta la litoranea fino a Walking Street.
Прекрасный отель! Расположение, инфраструктура, всё топ! Номер с видом на море, уборка каждый день, зона возле бассейна просто замечательная - шезлонги в свободном доступе были все время. В номере нельзя курить, но рядом с зоной парковки достаточная большая площадка для курения. Четыре скоростных лифта: доехать с первого до восемнадцатого этажа - менее минуты. Про завтраки ничего не могу сказать, ибо не ходила. Рядом много кафе и едален, также в 5 минутах от отеля ТЦ Терминал 21. Заселение ровно в 15.00, не повторяйте мою ошибку🤣 я приехала в 11 и 3,5 часа гуляла по Паттайе. Отдельно хочу отметить комплимент от отеля в честь моего дня рождения😘
