Perfection.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We all felt very safe and the staff was extremely friendly. It was close enough to walk to restaurants and far enough away from the crazy. The rooms were so roomy and had lots of hooks.

It was the dirtiest avid hotel I’ve stayed and the staff the most unwilling to help. I will not be staying here or recom
Pros:

The only people that were so courteous and professional was one of the kitchen ladies. She was awesome. Did not get her name but man was she nice.

Cons:

The front desk guy seemed bothered about it all. I asked him for a sweep of our room and he seemed bothered by it. I never again approached him because he didn’t seem happy to help at all. Our room floor was very dirty. My socks had so much hair stuck to them. I was told they would take care of it and it wasn’t done. The following day I left the please tidy the room note and they just switched it and never even took trash out or anything. I stay at only avid hotels but I might have to change. I have never had an issue until this location. And I’m not a rude or negative customer but I was sooo dissatisfied and disappointed
