Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum Centrum, zur Elbe und zum Bahnhof. Mit der S Bahn ist man in 30 min an den Landungsbrücken in Hamburg.

Positiv: der Preis für die Tiefgarage und das Frühstück

Cons:

Trotz Aussage "Highspeed Internet" stand dies im Apartment nicht zur Verfügung. Auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung, wurde dies nicht behoben. Heutzutage bucht man kein Hotel mehr ohne anständiges Internet

Günstig gelegen, komfortabel, familiär.
Pros:

Ideales Hotel vor den Toren Hamburgs. Wedel selber ist auch ein sehr nettes kleines Städtchen, drumherum gibt das reichlich Gastronomie. Zimmer und Bad sind gut ausgestattet und tip-top sauber. Das Frühstück ist ganz hervorragend. Personal ist nett.
Als Ex-Hamburger mache ich es mir zur Gewohnheit dort abzusteigen wenn ich alte Freunde besuchen will.

Cons:

Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere gab es früher beim Frühstück mehr Fisch... Lachs oder auch Rollmops oder Matjes wären ganz fantastisch. Aber das ist keine wirkliche Klage, das Frühstück ist auch so sehr gut.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und überaus freundliches Personal, das sich viel Mühe für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gibt!

Cons:

Das Parken am Hotel ist leider schwierig, der vom Hotel empfohlene kostenlose Parkplatz war immer vollgeparkt.

Personal, Lage, Frühstück

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung, nach einer OP unseres Sohnes gebucht und es extra aufgrund der Anmerkungen «Barrierefrei und rollstuhlgerecht« gewählt, da unser Sohn auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen war. Leider haben wir aber kein behindertengerechtes Zimmer bekommen. Der Rollstuhl passte nicht durch die Badezimmertür und mein Sohn gelangte nur robbend zur Toilette.. Es war absolut nicht zumutbar!!! Nachdem ich das Problem angesprochen hatte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich hätte es vorher explizit angeben müssen. Sicherlich stimmt das. Trotzdem hätten wir uns mehr Unterstützung gewünscht, vllt ein Zimmerwechsel oder eine Vermittlung in ein anderes Hotel. Dem war nicht so. Daher meine Bewertung.
